To Whom This May Concern: we apologize that you had rude or poor customer service. However, the customer service experience that you may have had was not with EverCare Protection. Evercare Protection is the administrator of the policies that pay claims for vehicle and home repairs. We suggest looking at the customer code that's on the mailer you received and call to make sure you are removed from that company's mailing list. We believe you have us confused with another company.

I have received two letters regarding my 2017 **** F150 Supercrew's warranty expiration. In the letters, this company is threatening and has an accusatory tone; ******* and writing in all caps that I "HAVE NOT CONTACTED" them, and ******* financially liable. This sets a tone that I have neglected an obligation and that the consequence of my neglect with cost me financially, despite this being a solicitation for my business. The irony is that this harassment is based around a vehicle I DO NOT OWN. I am accused of letting my warranty for my 2017 **** F150 Supercrew lapse and have failed to reach out to this obscure company based in *******. I have seen numerous other complaints on the BBB website for the same exact thing. This leads me to believe this is common practice to intentionally solicit and harass people with false accusations, or there is a large lack of competency in their marketing department. Even if they had reached out with the correct vehicle information, the accusatory tone and threatening manner of the letters would have driven me away; if this is how you treat POTENTIAL customers, I am terrified to see how you treat people you have locked into a contract.

Evercare Protection LLC of 7150 E Camelback, **********, ** sent a flyer to my parents' address stating that their warranty coverage had expired. Sounded like a scam and it was. When I asked them to provide details of their payment, they were unable to provide any information stating since the coverage had expired, they were unable to access this information. When I asked them when the original coverage had been initiated, they stated that it had been provided at no charge when my parents moved into their home. ***************** has been in existence since 2018. My parents have lived in their current home for 25 plus years. They had never bought a warranty for electrical coverage inside and outside their home. This is an unethical company with unethical marketing and business practices. You would be wasting your money for their false warranties. I believe my parents were targeted due to their age. Luckily they have their wits about them and had their daughter research the company and contact their sales personnel.

Company sent me one of their "extended warranty" scam letters. Reason I KNOW it's a scam is because the vehicle they listed I have never owned or had possession of. I'd seriously love to know WHY this "company" hasn't been shut down with the number of complaints about this scam just on the BBB website alone, let alone all the news reports that are done about it REGULARLY.

Evercare Direct has sent repeated unsolicited mail to me, several times this year already. These mailings:1) Failing to include a company name and address in the return address section of business letters leaves recipients uninformed.2) Imply that this is official correspondence by referencing a potential penalty of $300 for personal use.3) intimidate me by declaring the mail as "time sensitive"4) attempt build a sense of urgency that I must take some action or my car repairs will be expensive, even setting a date of 8/4/25 by which I must respond, and then later in the letter - 5 days.5) try to convince me my car warranty is ending when it has just started 6) attempted to make contact regarding a matter, despite there being no prior relationship between us 7) Seek to create a sense of urgency by conveying that this may be the only opportunity for contact, suggesting that immediate attention is required.8) try to threaten me with revoking eligibility I never requested Despite the company's claims on BBB that improvements are being made, I continue to receive the same letters with no noticeable change. Please stop sending these letters and ask EverCare to end these deceptive practices.

This business has been sending mail to my address for over 6 months. At 1st the mail had another person's name on it so I returned it to the sender. I live in a brand new property and am the only person who has ever lived in it. When the mailings continued, I located the phone number for the business and called. I spoke to a male who, after I explained the issue, began asking me for my information. I stated to him that I do not now or have ever owned a ***. He continued to request my personal information so I hung up. A week later, I began receiving letters from the company addressed to me. This has been an ongoing problem now for over 9 months. This company is violating business laws by continuing to contact me after a request to stop.

    To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience our mailings have caused.

To clarify, our mailings are often based on third-party data sources that can sometimes contain outdated or incorrect information especially for new properties or recently reassigned addresses. I received a letter in the mail, the top left header stated 2016 Chevrolet *************************** Penalty for Private Use, $300 The letter is addressed to me with my current mailing address, stating that I am close to my factory warranty expiring on a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro *** The letter wants me to call ************** with my VIN and current mileage before 8/8/2025. I have never owned a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro *** This feels like a scam letter trying to get personal information. How did this company get my name and home address for a vehicle that I have no association or knowledge of? This is very concerning for me as they have my mailing address and name what other information do they have and what could they possibly be using it for? There is an Approval Number listed : 193BB15781

Unfortunately, these sources are not always perfect, and in some rare cases, incorrect associations can occursuch as in your case.

We want to reassure you that this was not a scam attempt, and we do not sell or misuse personal information.
