BBB has received information JLF Web Design may makes false promises indicating a large monetary gain for affiliate marketing/pay-per-click services and also may be difficult to contact regarding customer service inquires and refund requests. BBB contacted JLF Web Design regarding current business practices, the business did not respond.
According to the JLF Web Design refund policy, consumers may request refunds up to three (3) business days after signing a contract with the business. The refund policy also states:
“Implementation of a marketing campaign consists of an expense paid up front by our company therefore there will be NO refunds issued.”
“All advertising sales are final, and there will be no refunds or charge-backs allowed for fulfilled orders. If an order is placed and the product is not delivered, a refund will be given.”
