We just completed a full house window replacement, including 21 windows and 2 doors. We selected TrueView Windows over other contractors due to their installation process which included cutting back the stucco 4 around each window, which is important when the house is older. We had Milgard aluminum (black) windows installed, which look stunning!It took TrueView Windows 5 days to complete the installation, then had to wait a few days for the stucco team to start on installing the new stucco around the window frames. Tip, make sure you have your painter inspect the stucco to ensure finish matches your existing stucco finish, and there is a smooth transition. Overall very pleased with TrueView Windows and would highly recommend them!Review from Tania C

My husband works in construction and seems to know the best in each trade.True View came out to take measurements and give a quote for a bath/shower door and large main bath shower. After we paid the deposit they contacted us with an installation date. Installation day they called within the time window to advise they're on the way. They were quick and professional. Considering all the tools they used, you wouldn't have known they were there it was as clean as before they'd arrived. Competent and professional, highly recommend.Review from Gary. D. H

Great job. They were fast and did great job cleaning up when done. They took time to answer questions I had. We really like the crew that did our windows. We had neighbors stop look while they worked, and after they were done, looking at their work and the windows. Great job really nice windows!!!!Review from Dayna S

**** came out and completed the installation of my broken window. He is AWESOME! He was professional and finished in a timely manner and left my floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. He even took a minute to play fetch with my ***************, who also loves him. Everything about the entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone I had contact with has polite and went out of their way to assist me. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.Review from thomas M

Their technicians were on time a very friendly. They did a great job replacing the wheel and door lock on my sliding glass door. They were able to adjust my frameless shower door so that it now closes properly.I would recommend them highlyReview from Julie R

We have used True View for window replacement, and we didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a custom shower door for our rebuilt shower. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The glass installers were awesome. They both had a great sense of humor. We will call True View for all of our glass needs. I recommended them to my sister who also used them to install a customer shower door, and she was also impressed with their work. This is a five star company.Review from Cristie G

On 12/21/2021, the company came out to my home and replaced a single window after calling them a day ahead of time. The replacement was swift, less than 20 minutes, and left. The price was $275, agreed to, and services completed. As of 1/8/2022, I noticed that the same exact window had a long, single crack in it that extended from the corner of the bottom to the top of the window. I contacted them, didn't get a call back until Monday, 1/10 (it was the weekend so that was understandable) and they asked for me to send them a picture of the window. I did so and their response was "we cannot determine what caused the crack and single pane windows are not warrantied. However we could look into getting you a discount". I would caution anyone on this company due to this fact.Review from TRACY G.

I had 4 windows replaced, going from single pane to double pane. I was super nervous as this was my first real project on my first home and wasn't sure if I selected the right company or product. Well I couldn't be happier with the ****************** I worked with ********************* for the quotes and product choosing and then the crew that did the install. All so amazing, they were all professional and helped explain things when I had questions. I seriously couldn't be happier with my decision to use True View. Just had 4 windows replaced by True View, and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. From the initial price quote to the post-installation follow-up phone call they made to make sure we were happy, we couldn't have been more satisfied. **** was great to work with on the front end. He's very knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions without being pushy, and worked hard to make sure he beat competing quotes. They were upfront about the extended wait times, so we were able to set out expectations appropriately. And when it came time for delivery and install, communication was top notch. ***** and ***** showed up on time on the scheduled install day, and they worked efficiently to finish quicker than anticipated. Most importantly, the windows were installed perfectly without any issues, and they cleaned up after themselves. Two of the windows were in shower areas with tile running up against the old windows. We were worried about having to repair some of the tile work afterward, but ***** and ***** somehow got the old windows out and new windows in without any signs of disturbance. I was amazed. Awesome job all around, and highly recommended!
