    I had asked them to do an emergency window glass pane repair for my door. They took too long to get to my house so I had to go to work. Nobody was home to answer the door for them. The owner of the house that Im renting from saw them on the camera and told them to leave, he told them we have firearms on the property because he didnt know what they were here for. Now they have charged me $500, even though they didnt do any service for me. They DID NOT FIX MY DOOR and are charging me $500 simply because they sent technicians out there. ***?? They also tried to lie and say we threatened them with a gun. I HAVE THE ENTIRE INTERACTIONS ON CAMERA. NOBODY EVEN WENT OUT TO SEE THEM. The owner was telling them to leave THROUGH A MICROPHONE ON CAMERA. I want my $500 back. This company is full of insane people. I also have the phone call recorded.

    Horrible company- horrible customer service. We purchased an $11k sliding glass door, which was insulting enough, through *******. We are not door experts, they are. When the door arrived, it opened the wrong way. We called them and they said sorry, you signed off on the paperwork. How were we to know? No one came out to our house. No one called us back. They wanted to charge an additional $2500 to trade out doors. ******** response was if I gave money back everything a CLIENT made a mistake, Id be broke. That tells me theres a lack of detail on his part in helping his clients. So disgusted with their greed and lack (understatement) of help.

    And we had all of the shower and bathroom glass for our home renovations done by this company. We have had many problems with it and had to have them come back out several times which is very odd because we hardly use the house.I have been attempting to contact this business since last Friday, I have received their answering service during work hours, and left messages and got no reply.Today I called and spoke to an extremely rude woman named ******, who answered the phone. I asked to speak to the general manager, who is not available, when I asked her to take a message for him she ******* told me she is not a secretary, and became extremely rude, and started yelling at **** am giving the company one final opportunity to contact me for resolution before this matter becomes a court case that I intend to file in Maricopa County Superior Court. She kept yelling at me over and over again that I only have a year to contact the *** but as we all well, no breach of contract and the implied warranty carries a six year statute of limitations in ********Please have the general manager or owner contact me so we can resolve this matter without having to go to court. We are extremely frustrated and we would not recommend your company to anyone based on how we have been treated as customers, especially the way that woman yelled at me on the phone this morning.

    until they actually come out and do the work I cannot close this complaint out. They have already been out at my residence approximately six times to perform corrective action. Once they have fixed everything once and for all, then I will be willing to close the complaint out, but that has not happened yet.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
