    Horrible company- horrible customer service. We purchased an $11k sliding glass door, which was insulting enough, through *******. We are not door experts, they are. When the door arrived, it opened the wrong way. We called them and they said sorry, you signed off on the paperwork. How were we to know? No one came out to our house. No one called us back. They wanted to charge an additional $2500 to trade out doors. ******** response was if I gave money back everything a CLIENT made a mistake, Id be broke. That tells me theres a lack of detail on his part in helping his clients. So disgusted with their greed and lack (understatement) of help.

    until they actually come out and do the work I cannot close this complaint out. They have already been out at my residence approximately six times to perform corrective action. Once they have fixed everything once and for all, then I will be willing to close the complaint out, but that has not happened yet. rranty carries a six year statute of limitations in ********Please have the general manager or owner contact me so we can resolve this matter without having to go to court. We are extremely frustrated and we would not recommend your company to anyone based on how we have been treated as customers, especially the way that woman yelled at me on the phone this morning.

    Upon investigating the customer's complaint, we realized it was a miscommunication on True View's end due to an employee who is no longer with us. The remaining balance was actually owed by the manufacturer (Ply-Gem), who owed True View for performing the warranty work on Ply-Gem's behalf as their lead times for a service call were too long for the customer. Our Window Sales manager reached out to the customer on 11/7/22 and spoke with **************** on 11/8/22. We explained the confusion, removed the balance due, and helped resolve the remaining issue regarding the glazing bead (True View is doing this work as a courtesy and is scheduled to perform this work on 11/17/22). We hope to be able to turn this complaint into a good review and apologize for the misunderstanding.
