            PhoenixNAP advertised a E3-1230 v5 (5-102015) 1 TB Enterprise Grade SATA III 16 GB ECC DDR4 for $ 59.00 which I purchased and was charged for. Order Number: 132151 Server Plan: ASH LLC E3-1230 v5 (5-102015) [Secured Servers, 1] (1-122019) [Bare Metal Server, 1] Monthly Recurring Cost: $77.00 (USD) I received an E-mail later stating that particular server was out of stock, then offered a different server e3-1275v5 at substantially higher cost ($90/mo). When I mentioned that this was bait-and switch, he offered me a less powerful product at the same cost and claimed it was comparable. I countered, requesting a product that was between the 1275v5 and the 1230v5. Timothy Sullivan ceased communication. I'm only asking that they provide what they advertised, and would like other customers to know that PhoenixNAP engages in "Bait-and-Switch" advertising.
