Hi my name is ******** I purchased the car from Price rite Auto sales in December 17 of 2021 drove the car home check engine light came on call my sales rep he said bring it back will take care of it took it back got it back in 2 days later knock sensors went back took it back again they kept it for 3 weeks and got the truck back drove it home check engine light came back on call my sales person again he said check the light it might be a *** took it back Saturday they did a deep cycle on the *** system and it still didn't work check engine light was still on he said bring it back on Monday so we can take it to the diesel shop as I went to turn on the truck to take it back and died I called him and he said the truck lost the prime I want to prime the truck and it still wouldn't turn on this truck has been at the lot for the last for the last 8 weeks haven't driven the truck for more than 60 miles haven't had the truck for more than an hour I'm out $3,500 and down payment plus my $791 monthly payment plus my $256 insurance payment per month I'm out close to $6,000 with no truck and now they're saying that the fuel pump might have gone out been waiting for an answer from the general manager and the service department manager no call been calling them every day to set up an appointment still no call or appointment
