-5 STARS!Horrible customer service! I took my car into this shop over a month ago to get an intoxalock interlock installed into my car. One of their employees removed my alarm/gps device. I took my car back the very next day to show them and they stated they would look for the device. They gave me the run around sending me back and forth to my car dealership. I asked for the device back so that my dealership can re-install it since they could not find it i was told by one of the employees Lalo to get the price and they will pay for it. Once I got the price they changed their story and I no longer spoke to Lalo I spoke to someone name Gabby who began to give me the run around. She then stated she would need to speak to my dealership, complying I provided her with a manager at my dealerships phone number along with the manager of my alarm system. He informed them that they checked my car and my device is no longer in there and in there system it shows that it is at the auto shops address. Still to this day it is still showing active at their autoshop. After that I spoke to someone that is supposedly the manager named ****** and he was very rude, would not let me talk and then hung up in my face stating he already knows everything and I can call a lawyer and take them to court.
