OVERTIME WAIT FOR HOURLY AS DIRECTED OR PER HOUR HIRE RESERVATION: Price above is based on the customer requested time.  Any additional transports hours beyond what you as the customer has requested, will be billed at the agreed hourly rate per vehicle. This will be billed above and beyond the original contract amount and is due at the completion. 
OVERTIME WAIT FOR AIRPORT TRANSFER RESERVATION: First 30 Minutes is free (Time starts after Arrival) – after 30 minutes, Guest will be billed at  $1.00 cents a minute plus parking at $5.00 per hr.

OVERTIME WAIT FOR BASE RATE, FLAT RATE, TRANSFER OR POINT A TO B TRANSFER RESERVATION : First 15 Minutes is free (Time starts after PICKUP TIME) – after 15 minutes, Guest will be billed at .$1.00 cents a minute plus parking at $20.00 per hr.

NON PRE-ARRANGE ADDITIONAL STOPS FEE:  Each stop is an addition charge of $40.00 above and beyond  the contract amount unless it is part of the original reservation.
 
TERMS & CONDITIONS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY --: Ground Transportation Reservations: In order to ensure that you have a vehicle (Sedan/SUV) available to you on the date you required, it is essential that you make a reservation ahead of time with our organization and have that reservation confirmed in writing. Blasian Executive Secured Transport (B.E.S.T.) will honor all email confirmed reservation made online. Cancellations: Blasian Executive Secured Transport ( B.E.S.T.) allows you to cancel via email up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time without cost to you. However, if you provide less than the required 24 hour notice and prior to 12 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed reservation amount. If you cancel under the 12 hour window, you will be charge for the full amount of the transportation service previously confirmed in writing. Special Major Sporting Events -- you must cancel via email 72 hours before the scheduled pick up or you will be charge for the full amount of the transportation service Weddings and/or Proms and/or Bar/Bat Mitzvah reservations cancelled will result in a loss of your security deposit where in which case *Please note – changes in pick-up time does not constitute a cancellation. However, notice of changes must be via email and within 24 hours prior to pick-up for there not to be a cost consequence to you. You only get charged a Cancellation Fee when you cancel the vehicle after the grace period. Damages Resulting From Your Act: Blasian Executive Secured Transport (B.E.S.T.) will charge you (as a client) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting sick in the vehicle . You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER Blasian Executive Secured Transport ( B.E.S.T.) WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or anybody damages to the outside of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations.  Holidays Surcharges: Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may require minimum amount of hours regardless of destination, will be charged to all trips occurring on: New Year's Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
Child seat rental provided by Blasian will be billed at $25.00 each above and beyond the transfer rate. The customer must make it known that car seats will be needed for the transfer.
