  Was a good place to go a couple years back now just straight scam artist. Last couple times iv been here ******** and *** have been over pricing my vehicle labor. How does it become over 500 dollars for one part and nothing replaced or fixed. *** lies so much his breath smells like s*** ******* is so scared to say anything cause he can barely speak English these guys are hiring Crack heads and those Crack heads aren't working on the vehicles they just say they did something and nothing g has been done. There is only one good transmission guy there. Please have this place reviewed cause all the stuff they are doing now is illegal.

  ******** **** RESPONSE [RE: Ro #***]The amounts you mentioned for tow, labor and part (250 + 500 + 50 = $800.00) is your first lie, because the invoice prove you paid $508.12 for everything. You made the decision to spend $250 for towing the vehicle to a distant shop. Deducting the about $50 for part and $250 for a tow bill ($300.00), shows you only paid $208.12 for labor to fix an oil leak and NO-START ISSUE, that is, 1.5 hours to R&R an oil switch, open and repair a piece of the wire harness (FYI: repair does not mean the harness was changed). Sorry Pro Tech exposed your lies and, your unreasonable expectation $50 parts and 1.5 hrs. labor should have corrected every issue on a 32-year-old vehicle. --- TELLING OF LIES IS NOT NICE. THIS SECTION IS FOR THE BBB RESPONSE This customer lied in a different online review by listing charges that totaled $800.00, when the invoice prove they only paid $508.12 for everything, including tax and a tow bill for $250. The truth is, after the tow bill is deducted, this customer was only charged about $258.00 to address a no start issue and fix a leak from the oil pressure switch. Full breakdown of the repair charges $50 for a new oil pressure switch plus $208 for about 1.5 hours of labor, to unwrap and repair a portion of the wire harness and R&R of the oil pressure switch. The repaired wire harness corrected the no start issue; the oil pressure switch fixed a major oil leak (i.e. fixed one of many leaks). This customer fails to acknowledge; (i) the $250 tow bill is a transportation cost, and is not free with minor repairs; (ii) Pro Tech received a vehicle that did not start, only charged to get the vehicle started, and that charge did not include any further repairs to address drivability or performance issues; and (iii) only a small portion of the 1.5 hour labor was charged to R&R the oil pressure switch. While this customer now quotes a figure which is closer to the truth, they continue to suppress the facts and, now add personal

  I recently had the first major work done on my ***** ES350. Pro tech transmission came highly recommended to me and they did not let me down. They diagnosed the problem and worked with me on financing. I found the business very knowledgeable and equally concern to make sure I was satisfied as this was a very major job rebuilding my transmission. Personally I have never had a business so friendly and professional and took the time to explain my options. I would truly recommend that if you have any type transmission problem you start wit pro tech as they offer a free tow and also free diagnosis. Did I mention they also do other work as during my transmission repair they discovered I had a leaking power steering problem that they fixed and that truly showed me their honesty and commitment to excellence. The business is family owned and they make you feel just like family. They have 2 locations. One on ************** and one on camelback near ***********. I had the pleasure of visiting both locations and both locations are equally great. Special shout out to all the family members wit *** and **** the owners leading the way at *********. And a VERY VERY special shout out to **** and Riz leading the way at the camelback locations. Thanks guys for putting up with me and thanks for all the laughs we had while you fine tuned my car. You guys were amazing.( Im still filling out my adoption papers) lol So in closing.   I traded sold my *** and purchased a **** F150 xtl Eccoboost. I heard weird noises coming from the rear. I planned on trading it in but decided to go get some advice from the guys at Pro Tech Transmissions. The owner remembered me and took my truck for a test drive. Once he returned he told me what was wrong with my rear differential. Instead of trading my truck in I decided to allow them to fix my truck. I dropped my truck off and they even gave me a ride to my job!!! My truck was totally fixed in less than 48hrs and is *************. No noises no hiccups running better than ever!!! This is quality mechanic that you can trust. Sometimes im not the easiest person to please but I swear the team at Pro Tech Transmissions are honest and will help you diagnose and fix all issues. 10 out of 10. One of the best shops in ***.   Stay far away from this company I took 2 cars back in December Both transmissions failed. Return 6 different times to have both Transmission fix.They failed. They offered to refund my money on my ********** Jetta 3rd transmission. I don't have a dispute with my credit card company. Stay far away from these people they're crooks.
