    This issue is NOT resolved. Please reopen. Your message system is cumbersome. I just opened this complaint and not it is NOT resolved. This company did not help resolve the issue; they could not even figure out what the issue was. They put in the incorrect USED transmission. Please reopen and contact me by phone if need. ************. I will be filling a law suit against them. Thank you. *********************** *******sing bolts/parts.I ended up taking my vehicle to a Jeep dealer. They found that Pro-Tech Transmissions put in the wrong transmission and the wrong **** Jeep had to flash the parts for a lower gear ratio to match the incorrect transmission to resolve the issue. I had to pay for this as well.I contacted *** (owner), who I have been working with through this entire process asking if I could be reimbursed for the cost from Jeep and the **** He said that he would not give me any of the money back. I will be taking this company to court.Used Transmission $4500 Used TCM Replacement ****** (was told it was new)Total **********-Tech ******* Total Cost @ Jeep ****** to Flash Jeep components to run at lower gear ratio because the wrong transmission was installed.

    To Whom it may concern; 

    Mr. ************; ****** his 2014 Jeep Cherokee to Pro Tech Transmissions on 03/01/2023 with transmission problems. ****************** authorized a used transmission and a used TCM not a rebuild. Customer did ****** his vehicle back with a problem we fixed the problem and have it reprogrammed. when customer picked up  vehicle we told him if he is still having an issues to bring it back but never did. Customer have a 12 months or ****** miles ******** on transmission and a 3 months or **** miles with TCM. If  Customer is still having any issues with transmission he still under ******** for about a month more and welcome to bring it back to us, but if he  took it some where else to ger repaired then his ******** is voided. If customer have questions please reach out to us at ************. Thank you

    Clutch in my car went out late at night. They were cool and came and picked it up and took it to the shop. Bad part They stayed and started working on it while they were drinking.Called at 8 and and got my permission to pull the transmission then called me an hour later and told me it was gonna be **** to fix the clutch. **** parts. They said since I was from out of town. ( my car is from ************) they were gonna do me a favor with the price.I show up and they try to tell me my transmission is shot because there is a millimeter of movement in the front shaft. I looked at it and it spun freely and had no wear apparent so I call the dealer and ask some questions.Meanwhile the owner is trying to rush me to a decision. Says I owe him 900 bucks for the hour of work he was authorized by me to do. We go back to the office to discuss the price and all of a sudden the dealer calls and let's me know that movement in the shaft is 100 percent normal and part of the design of a transmission. I start to get a bad feeling.Once off the phone the price all of a sudden drops to ****. Then I get an offer to buy the shell of my car for 300 bucks because the car is only worth ****. They said I had 5 minutes to decide and I couldn't make a couple calls to shop around.I tell them to pack my car up and I'm towing it to the dealer. They say they don't want my money when I try to pay them for the supposed 900 bill. They try to get me to use there tow truck company. But I called the dealers tow company.Take it to the dealer and with in 20 seconds the tech there tells me the transmission is perfect. They install a new clutch and it drives perfect now. Got it done in 5 hours and it was 2600.When the mechanics loaded up the transmission they intentionally dumped it in my trunk so it would leak. Now there is an impossibly bad gear oil smell in the car that will never come out. Dumped 2 quarts of transmission and gear oil into my trunk. Cars worthless now.

    To whom It may concern: 

                                             On 10/06/2023 ************** called Pro- Tech Transmissions after hours, but we were still at the shop, he stated that he is having car problems and him and his wife is stranded like half mile away from us. Pro- Tech called the tow company and the wait for the tow is about 2 hours ,So  Pro tech send two of the there mechanic and they bring his vehicle to the shop and vehicle was smoking when it gets to Pro- tech. Customer told us he needs his vehicle back ASAP, so on 10/07/2023 which is a Saturday and our hours on Saturday is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, so on that day we we decided to bring in two of ************ at 6:00 AM to work on ************** vehicle. Pro-Tech called customer around 9:00 AM and let him knows that his clutch was damage which causes the  input  shaft to get damage, so we recommended to customer that the input shaft with bearing kit and seal  kit need to change. ************** get upset and declined repair. customer called his own tow truck and Pro tech recommended to customer to put the parts on the tow truck because they are too large to fit in his vehicle, but ************** still make room in his trunk and told ************ to just put the parts in his vehicle, so we place and parts into boxes and  put them  into his trunk as he ask to. At this time Pro Tech didn't take any money from ************** for the labor that was done on his vehicle and have NO Warranty with us and we are not responsible for anything else on his vehicle.     Pro-Tech Transmissions LLC in ******* **, that has a active LLC number which I will not provide (redacted) that is currently active as of 10/04/2018 refuses to REBUILD the 4L60E transmission in my truck which is a **** Chevrolet Blazer that is slipping, won't shift at all. I have video and photo evidence of everything. It has been in their shop MULTIPLE times and they refuse to fix the issue even after their "so-called" test drives. They claim it is my rear differential in the truck which HAS BEEN REPLACED and VERIFIED by multiple dealerships and shops that it is the transmission is the problem. They have "attempted" pulling the valve body of the transmission and that did not fix the problems. It needs to be fully rebuilt or a new transmission is to be installed. I request that it gets fully rebuilt or I will request by lawsuit for a FULL refund and finance charges plus filing fees for the lawsuit. The transmission has been financed with SNAP. I do not have total price off hand but I can provide it. My phone number is **********.     To Whom it may concern; This matter was resolved on 09/17/2022. Pro -Tech Transmissions installed a complete rebuilt transmission into customer **** chevrolet Blazer. when customer came to pick up his vehicle he went on a test driver with one of the mechanic and said he was happy vehicle driving perfect.  Thank you
