      My vehicle was towed from my residence in which is located on private property as part of ***************** Apartments located ***********************************. I was not notified of the tow and neither was the apartment complex. There was no approval to tow by the owner or any representative of the owner of the complex. There were no posted signs within the complex in regards to a related towing company.After reaching the local police department - I was informed that my vehicle had been towed by Kwik Tow of *******, **. Upon inquiring with Kwik Tow as to the cause for tow - I was told my vehicle was parked in a fire lane. There is no marked fire lane. I attempted to retrieve my vehicle and was told I would need to wait until the next business day.

      Kwik Towing towed my uhaul while I was moving on November 18th around 12am. There was no sign posted saying that they patrol the apartment , and there was no sign posted saying that I could not park where I parked. They had told me when I first called that two residents had complained about the uhaul. But when I called after I picked it up they said it was picked up via patrol. The uhaul was not disrupting the flow of traffic in the lot, and had only been at that spot less than 2 hours. They had towed the uhaul to a ****** minutes away in ******* *******. And caused me to have to pay for another day to keep the uhaul because I had work in the morning and couldn't finish moving. I talked with the Property manager and he told me he was not informed about the incident, they may have sent an email but he was not aware of the situation when they decided to towed a new residents uhaul.

      This is aditionL information from my car being illegally towed from **** w ************* The Flatts. After doing some research I found out that an employee of the Flatts is related to a member of kwick tow. The Flatts is the most cocoroach infested discusting smelly facility I have ever seen in my life. Management has a total of a 4th grade education and could t care less. We **** see how youbfeel when we are in small claims im drafting the paperwork now. I went to law school no biggie. So they are getting kick back from the towing company. **** tow towd my car at 410 am Sunday morning. They were closed Sunday we are supposed to be able to retrieve our cars 24/7 phoenix cap is 105 plus 12 a day why was my bill 163? Not to mention **** to and from work and to get the car. I will be filing a deposition subpoena in court if I am not fully refunded by either kwik tow the Con artist or The disgusting Flatts whos complaints are on the way. This was a complete scam job. The Flatts lady didnt want to hear it. Family members working together to rip off the general public you people are discusting.

      11/13 I came out of my apartment to find that my car was missing. After calling police they informed me that it had been towed by **** tow. Their website stated that they are open today Sunday but when I called they said they were closed. They said the car was backed into a parking spot. This is just a compete Robery. The car was parked out in the parking lot I pulled through a spot like everyone else does. I can provide pictures of the parking they just randomly picked my car which had only been parked there for 10 minutes. Not to mention there are no signs out in the open lot about backed in vehicles, none. It was out in the open in a parking spot not backed in whatsoever. These people are just robbing me it should be car theft. I do not have 161 dollars to pay these conartist. They are complete vultures that prey on people who can't fight back. They have pictures the car was not backed into an open parking spot. It's absolutely ridiculous they are robbing me.and guaging the price the car was not backed in.

      I am beyond disgusted with the racism and mistreatment my boyfriend and I just dealt with..it was my first night moving into my new apartment At 9:51pm we were parked in supposedly someone else's spot while unloading, I had no idea that those spots were assigned. Luckily we came out just in time and caught the tow truck driver who was aggressively jumping on my car trying to hook something on to it my boyfriend then said "can you please not jump on her car like that" The driver then got extremely defensive and got in my boyfriends face saying "I didn't jump on shit" so unnecessar my boyfriend who is black then asked him to leave us alone and he weirdly/randomly replied unlike your people I work for my things" then murmured something about black people under his breath and said the * word. We told him his racist behavior was disgusting and we then informed him were moving and will be parking near the curb to load and unload our things in very quick increments mind you I'm visibly 9 months pregnant. Hours later.We came back with our second load around 12am this time we parked along the curb and put on the hazards on we brought up about 4 boxes and were not even gone 10 minutes and sure enough he came back to tow our car. we then called the tow company and he lied on the report and said he towed our car at 9:51 I told the man on the phone this is not true and how we experienced racism yet he refused to listen and hung up on me. 9:51pm was the first time he TRIED to tow our car not the real time it wasTowed we are having the apartment complex pull the camera footage to show the real time he illegally towed us.We were clearly stalked & racially profiled by this miserable man and I'm hoping that Las Aguas will drop Qwik Tow after such disgusting behavior I know qwik tow has cameras and can see when they received the car I cannot believe someone could be this hateful. I dont feel safe at my apartment knowing this man is driving around targeting me and boyfriend.

      09/07/2022 a friend was visiting my apartment complex which has a huge problem with parking. Its an on going problem to which ******** has taken advantage of adding more issues to the problem. Due to the fact that they have a contract with the complex owners which not even the apartment manager has seen the tow drivers think they have the right to tow anyone for even fake reasons. My friend was parked behind my truck and was not blocking any other vehicle nor parked illegally. All of the guests here do this. He was in my apartment for 5 min when i heard the tow truck. Went outside to look and his truck was on the back of the tow truck not even hooked up properly so it was swaying back and forth uncontrollably so my friend raced out to stop the driver and ask him to put his truck down before he left the parking lot. The driver sped up and caused his truck to hit the wall on the way out of the lot. When my friend got to the street he could see the driver looking at him in his side view mirror. The driver then jerked the wheel so that his own truck would hit him. It swung around and ran over his foot which knocked him to the ground and the other wheel swung around and completely ran over his shoulders just inches from his neck and head. The driver told police that it was a repo which is not true what so ever. My friend bought his truck with cash and owns it free and clear. He lied so that he wouldnt get in trouble for improperly securing the vehicle he was towing and also said my friend was trying to jump in the driver side but was run over on the passenger side. He then told the news channel that was there that my friend deserved to get run over. My friend is now in the *** on Life support and has shattered shoulders and arms, broken ankels and toes, he will not be the same ever again. All because he parked behind my truck for 5 minutes. This guy has gotten away with too many illegal tows and someone needs to stop them before he kills someone.

      I continually get towed while my HOA contract say differently regarding parking restrictions.

      August 30, 2022 The employees at this Quicktel location are disgusting with terrible attitudes. The manager tried to give me a fake name ******* and also the representative at the front gave me a fake name ********* however both of these women have terrible customer service skills and will personally do things to your car when they impound your car do not trust this location and do your best to get this location shut down because theyre impound in cars and doing vandalization to cars and laughing at people when they come to pick up their cars these employees are disgusting and dont deserve to even have a job
