Company towed my vehicle from a parking lot that I had paid 30 dollars through an app for. I still had 2 hours left on parking time and it was towed before the time was up. They made me pay *********************************************************************

Upon moving into my new apartment, Kwik Tow was called to remove an unauthorized vehicle from my prepaid parking spot. After approximately 11 hours and multiple phone calls, Kwik Tow finally arrived to remove the authorized vehicle. Kwik Tow also towed my vehicle as I had parked in another spot due to their delay. After paying to retrieve my vehicle, I noticed a warning signal immediately on the car dashboard for low tire pressure as I drove to leave. I exited my vehicle and noticed a nail in my tire. I immediately went back to the towing lot employee and informed him of the damage. Despite showing proof of the damage, **** Tow refuses to pay for tire replacement.

On 11/16/2023 my car was towed from in front of my garage. I did not have the parking sticker in my car so it was correctly towed. However, when I got my car, I noticed that there was some pretty deep scratches and paint chips on my rear bumper caused by the tow truck driver. I have pictures before and after that proves they were inflicted by the tow truck. I have called and emailed too many times to count. They say that they will give my information to the tow truck driver so that he can reach out to me. I have not gotten a single call, text or email back about it and this has been going on for five months now. This is unacceptable.

One of their drivers was trying to turn around in the middle of the street and almost hit myself and another car coming in the opposite direction. We both laid on our horns, but the driver continued to back up into us. I had to drive into someone's yard and almost hit a tree to avoid being hit by this truck and the other car spun out almost hitting a pedestrian on the sidewalk. When he finished his ridiculously dangerous and illegal maneuver in the middle of a busy street I walked over to take down the information on his truck, intending to call the police and the company. He then started yelling at me that he was going to kill me while calling me homophobic names, got in his truck, and attempted to hit me. I have this on video but pending legal action I've been asked to refrain from sharing. I called the police of course and they are actively tracking down this dangerous individual. Mind you I swear I'm not a *****. I'm not a sensitive person. I had no actual business interaction with them ever. This man literally just tried to hurt people on purpose and I pray the company does something with this before he actually does.

Kwik Tow tried to charge me $190 to recover my car even though the law states that they can legally only charge $105 for the tow and $12 per day for storage. I argued with the lady at the front desk and she said that she couldn't change the price and the amount to recover my car was $190. After calling their corporate office they told me the price was $117 which I had told them multiple times. After speaking with them the amount was changed immediately just by watching me call their corporate office. No verification was needed. It is illegal to charge more than what the law states and if they are caught doing this they must pay the victim three times what they tried to charge them. If you try to recover your vehicle from here, check the laws and what they can legally charge you. Don't take no for an answer. These workers are scam artists and know they are in the wrong.

On 10/21/22 my jeep was towed from **************************** for being parked in front of the mailboxes for over 5 minutes. When I went to pick my vehicle up the next morning I paid the $253 and they let me in to retrieve my vehicle. I immediately notice my mud flap hanging in front of the front passenger tire. A tow truck driver asked was everything ok. I pointed out what I had noticed and he said he would check the pictures they took prior to towing the vehicle. He then stated due to the ***** of the pictures he could not tell if they damaged it but to send pictures to the owner. In the mean time he was nice enough to zip tie the flap up to avoid any further damage. The vehicle is a Turo so I also have picture to prove the flap was not damaged. I sent the pictures to the owner. This was a Sunday so I allowed all day Monday then I called in on Tuesday they said the owner was not there. I left a message and awaited a call back that I never received. I called again 11/25 and the owner answered he said he did not receive the email and asked me to resend. I confirmed the email to send it to and resent he stated he would get back to me. I did not receive anything so I called again the next day and was told to also send it to the co-owner by the lady who answered the phone which I believe her name is *****. I have then called back daily as I still have not heard back from either owner. I was also told to request the companies insurance information and when I request it I was told by *** that I will need to get that from the owners and instructed me again to email them. I just want the damage that they caused fixed and or a refund.

I have every reason to believe my car was gone through while in this tow yard, some random things and my grandmothers jewelry some tools etc was taken and when I contacted the company he said that he was going to review video footage and never got back to me. I never filed the report for the missing items after all since I would have to start a whole new case in ***, I didnt want the hassle and just accepted my losses now after seeing bbb rating I am going to file. I am FULLY aware that my car was broken into and therefore could not lock. Before it was impounded I had opportunity to see inside my car and the place where the things were hidden was still in tact my hands were full and couldnt drop everything to clear it out. Upon retrieval of my vehicle a week later, the compartment surrounding the shifter was completely removed where my stuff was hiding, my car obviously gone through even more from when whoever broke into it before that. When the business never followed up with me in regards to the results of the video footage, I waited. And waited. I tried to follow up. And waited. And waited. And now here I am. I was straight up ignored. I wouldnt be surprised if the owner DID see footage of one of his employees rummaging through my car. And I wouldnt be surprised if the footage was erased. ????? couldnt even say, there was no footage that showed anyone tampering with your vehicle bad business. Poor communication. And denial of responsibility. Do what you will with this information, but I for one do not trust this tow yard, I will never refer anyone here, if anything I completely refer people DO NOT COME HERE EVER. This is not slander or libel. This is facts and my pure belief and speculation. Do business with them at your own risk. Cause clearly, they dont take responsibility. Very possible there is an untrustworthy employee that is stealing things from peoples vehicles. We paid over 400$ to have my priceless WELL HIDDEN jewelry stolen. Terrible business

I parked my car backwards as I had Safelite coming to fix my windshield and it was only 2 hrs or less. They said it was towed because u can't park backwards but I looked again and there was no sign within 300 feet or more. Then they wouldn't let me get it today so they could charge more. I have to wait till tomorrow and they say it is 160 dollars.

8/23/23 so this is the 3rd time that this company has towed one of our vehicles the first 2 times they removed our vehicle from our assigned parking spot. This tow truck company is the worst and what they are doing completely illegal we stay in ****** condominiums and the tow truck is trying to say that there is no visitor parking but how is that I ain't never heard about apartment complexs not having visitor parking so u mean to tell me if my relatives come in from out of state and want to come visit me and my kids that if they park anywhere on complex grounds that there vehicle is going to be towed because we are only aloted 1 parking pass so that means that if my household has 2 vehicles 1 of us has to **************** or in the lot across the street and have to walk super far in the ******* heat because we only get 1 parking pass this is complete ******** and absolutely unheard of a apartment complex not having visitor parking I don't think this buisness should be allowed to continue doing buisness anywhere if they can't conduct buisness legally they should lose there buisness license for their drivers stupidity
