  My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex last week for reasons that made no sense. First I was told it was the apartment management that requested it, but I had already spoken to the manager and they said they had no clue what I was talking about and would contact the tow company themselves. Once I mentioned that the reason changed to my tags being expired. I am de-insured/de-registered with the DMV and was parked on private property. AZ law states that you do not have to have current tags if parked on private property UNLESS your tags are visible from the public street or its one of the rules of the complex.
  I was told my vehicle was at the deer valley location three separate times and when I showed up today to get it I was told to head through the red gate and find my car and was free to take it. After over an hour walking around a huge tow yard in 120 degree weather with no shade, no water, and no direction given as to a possible area it may be; it was determined that my vehicle was not there. The lady at the front said she cant take my word for it and had to wait for one of the tow drivers to get back to tell it was indeed not there. She stated she would find it and let me know but 3 hours after I left there is still no car!! No call with any updates and when I called in I was told she still hadn't seen a driver yet or found my vehicle. This is ridiculous! These people have basically stolen my car and have no sense of urgency to find my car!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is contracted through our apartments and they refused me services as a tenant.

  Kwik towing picked up my daughters car from her apartment complex for expired tabs. And damaged the front bumper when towing. The owner claimed the damage was there before and threatening to take us to court of call the police and report us for fraud. Not sure how you would find them accountable with so many other similar cases and he refuses to give his insurance card. Just sad that he can get away with this

  I'm pretty sure I know what car this is and if it is a ******, then yes we were accused of doing a whole bunch of damage to the vehicle which was submitted by your daughter, but we were able to prove beyond any doubt that the damage was existing after we di then change the claim to something else which we were able to defend as well but after being approved wrong, they just insisted on submitting a claim through our insurance which we told him would be fraudulent so that part is very true if you would like to sit down and meet and go over all the pictures and all the proof. I'm more than willing to take an hour out of my day and meet you. I'll even come to you and bring my computer and show yo, everything that was documented so you can see for yourself.  please email me and let me know you have my number. You're welcome to call me.
