I am reaching out to report a tow-related issue in which my car has been illegally towed on two separate instances from my paid parking spot at my apartment complex, *************** located at *********************************************, by the company Kwik Tow located at *********************************. The first instance occurred Saturday, June 28th in which my car was apparently towed the night prior and when I went out to leave that Saturday morning noticed it was missing from my covered parking spot #*** which I pay a $30 monthly fee for. When I contacted their hotline around 7:30 am I was told that there is nothing they can do for me because their system shows I do not have an active permit and I would have to go to the location and pay $200 to retrieve my car. I went to that location and was given the run around even after showing providing them proof of an active permit, and finally after about 30 minutes they advised their supervisor had approved a courtesy release and that I needed to contact my apartment complex to get the issue resolved. Once the complex opened, I spoke with Destiny the leasing agent who confirmed they had an active permit on file for me as well and she contacted the towing company to let them know to not tow the car again as my permit is active. I then followed up with the property manager 2 days later who also informed me that she would contact them to ensure it does not happen again. This morning, 9/4 at 6:15 am I went to leave my complex to find that my car had again been towed from the covered parking spot that I pay for again. I went through the exact same process of the back and forth where they told me it was not their issue and I needed to contact my complex for resolute. After taking a 25 minute ****, paying $33 dollars for that **** and missing an hour of work going back and forth with the tow company and yet again showing them my active permit, they released the car on a courtesy.

On Saturday 8-9-2025 my car got towed from my residence when I called the dispatcher gave me a phone number to call when I did answer no one answered and then they sent me a message telling me they had broken the window of my car and that I couldnt pick it up till that following Monday I missed work to go pick it up and they said the window would have been replaced. They did not fix it charged me $170 for me to get my car back when I ask them if they are going to fix it they didnt say anything to me they said they couldnt answer so I get in the car to bring it back home or they will keep charging me and my car wont shift the transmission was damaged because they towed it incorrectly so I had to get someone else to tow my car back home and I have sent emails I have called and no one answers me back or calls me back.

A tow truck is dispatched to my aparmtnet complex for occasional insection and community guideline enforcement, however, they unwarently placed a yellow tow warning stick on my vehcile for the following reasons:1. Stored in Property 2. Not displaying current registration These reason above are not correct as I have allowed my apartment to realize which vehcile is mine and it was even parked on property for a year until this happened. I was even parked in my assigned spot and my vehcile was in running order and my registration was active and the sticker for it was coming in the mail. I was not notified by my apartment complax either. I contacted them after seeing the sticker and they confirmed it wouldn't be towed as it requires their approval and that a warning sticker was not warranted for the reasons described above. I want to file this complaint about their tow sticker warning practices as this not only inconvenienced me, who is rightfully allowed to park on property, a current ***** of that complex, and registration was active on AZ DoT when I found the sticker on my window. I do not want other people in my community having to deal with **** Tow's business for inappropriate practices like this. The vehicle in question is a dark blue 2012 Dodge Challenger.

Vehicle was being towed but when I came out to question why I was told to hold on and the police was called on me. While the officer detained me the tow driver drove off with my vehicle. Messed up my steering wheel in the process and charged me 160 to get my car out the impound when he couldve dropped it for 100. Tow driver was obviously being difficult for no reason and when I called the kwik towing customer service they couldnt get me his name so I could bill him. They told me yes the first time then said no. This is starting to get sketchy because theyre protecting a worker that damaged my things then pretend like they cant help me. The apartment complex *********** I was in has a contract with kwik towing and I feel somebody targeted me because I was only there for a couple hours. My vehicle is registered and I own it there is no payments being made on my car.

My car was towed on 3/24 around 7pm. The tow company claimed it had an expired parking plate parked in handicapped parking. However, the one we have is permanent one. To even verify I called *** and spoke to agent and she said if you have the blue one it is permanent and ref one is temporary. She even stated that the car should have never been towed in first place bc they no longer add expiration date as long as you blue one it is permanent. I tried to explain this to lady but she kept saying no and I was able to get my car back however they made me sign papers and I owe a fee due by 3/31 or they will take me to court. I emailed them several times telling them they wrong fully towed my car but no response at all. I ever called and still they dont want to talk to me. At this point I dont know what to do. Please assist.Initial Complaint

On January 7th, my vehicle was towed by Kwik Tow. When I went to pick it up the vehicle on January 8th, I immediately noticed that there was damage to the top of my vehicle, and I was instructed my the woman who released my vehicle to call their office to be put in touch with their claims department. On January 11th I contacted their office to notify them of my issue, and did not hear back until I called again on January 17th. The company had someone call me back that day requesting pictures, which I sent them immediately. They zoomed in on a small rust spot and told me that was the reason for the damage, refusing to take further action and claiming the vehicle was damaged prior to the tow. However, there was no damage to this area prior and they left a massive crack to the plastic component of the car, which clearly has nothing to do with a small rust spot. The entire top bar of the vehicle has popped out of place and cannot be popped back in bc the plastic piece that locks it in place was broken. The bar now hangs by wires onto my rear windows. I have uploaded pictures with time stamps of when I picked up the vehicle and noticed the damage in the tow yard, and the conversation of Kwik Tow dismissing my claims based off a small unrelated rust spot.

My vehicle was towed on 01/24 after being improperly tagged on 01/21. I have been sent back and forth between this company and my leasing office, with both parties shifting blame. The tag listed the reason for towing as the vehicle being stored and inoperable. However, the vehicle was driven just two days prior, and I can obtain camera footage proving that these claims are false. Given that the tag was issued under incorrect pretenses, the vehicle should not have been tagged, towed, or subject to any associated charges. After reaching out to the owner of the towing company to try to resolve this issue, he responded saying there were numerous stickers on my car and that the car had a flat tire. Both of these statements are lies, and I have video evidence from when I picked it up from the impound lot showing both of his statements to be false.
