      I was ripped off and I believe illegally by alliance towing on 5/19/2024. A few days prior my 98 mustang broke down at ******************** while getting gas. I had a bad starter solenoid. Unfortunately it was something I couldn't fix right away. I tried the fuses the next day and it would not start, it was in a parking space. The next day when I went to get it towed I found it been towed by alliance towing as circle K has a contract with them. Car was towed from extension and Broadway all the way to *********** and buckeye which I feel is excessive. I talked to the owner and he was very hostile when I was trying to get my car back, he demanded cash. The more polite I was the more angry he got. I have the entire conversation recorded. He wouldn't release my car. The next day he said he would give me a discount on a Sunday, and I have that conversation recorded as well. When I got there he did not give me the discount, I believe this is fraud, malicious intent bad faith. The worst thing was my car was damaged. The tow truck driver hung my car on a hook that connected to a hole that was on the bed of his truck and he said he was angry it happened. He showed me the hole on the bed of his truck and said the chain was pulling against my car and it wouldn't move. He said, you see that hole it hooked onto you're car. I took video. He claimed an oil leak was coming from his truck when it was actually coming from my car. So they intentionally and maliciously damaged my car. I was never rude or argumentative the whole time and I have all my conversations recorded. I believe this company is malicious lying damaging cars with intent, overcharging against the law, and demanding cash, against the law, and the last thing was he wouldn't give me an itemized bill when I asked for one and I have that all recorded. I believe they should be sanctioned and I want to *** this company for damages and also to get my money back. Overall for them having the car one day they charged me $300.
