This company has violated my rights to get information. They changed my mortgage payment without my knowledge causing me to loose my great credit score and be late due to their error. I received a letter dated April 17th showing that my I was charged late fees when I was not and have never been late. The company does not respond to inquiries, does not provide prior notice before they do things and have been very much unprofessional. They are in violation of The Fair Debt Laws both federal and State. They have ruined my credit, defamed me and more to date and my patience with them is wearing thin, If they do not remove the late times and put my monthly payments back to its original $943.08. I was given no notification that it would be raised to $943.08 it with no prior notification has moved to $1,161.68. They seem to be bad actors and are trying to rob me, force me into bankruptcy, forfeiture and more. They are trying to steal my home otherwise why was I not given prior notice. They should respond in writing only no phone calls they have caused me great stress to date. I should be refunded all late payments, negative credit reporting removed and my payments go back to original since I was never notified of any issues, of my payments rising etc...
