              **** home warranty sent this contractor out 1/20/2022 dishwasher was leaking and not pumping out waste water. Appliance resource and rescue came out order pump and replaced tech said it wasnt leaking after running 4 minutes then left I ran it after he left it was leaking the wont return calls to me or warranty company they appliance resource came out and placed another part order on dishwasher they installed it after two weeks tech again said its not leaking only after running it for 10 minutes he left and we went out of town came back used dishwasher first on 4-18-2022 it started leaking from the new parts installed my home warranty cant get a hold of this contractor to get them to say it needs to be replaced I cant reach the ether I want my deductible return and Im contacting attorney General for maybe other judicial action

              Dishwasher not draining due to clog Called homeowners insurance and they use Appliance Resource and Rescue. They sent a tech out and broke something on the unit, AND banged on something so hard he knocked my cabinet drawer out of place. He told my wife that he needed to order a new part and theyll be in touch. Scheduled another appointment two weeks later. New tech comes out and says he never seen something like this before, and they need to contact the warranty department and theyll be in touch. Upon inspection of his work, I noticed another part of the dishwasher broken and was left under a towel ( I assume he didnt want me to notice it). AND my cabinet door (under sink next to dishwasher) was left with deep scratches. Not just one, the entire door is ruined and banged up. Dishwasher still not fixed in over a month now and Im left with banged up cabinet door that needs sanding, paint and seal on it. I do not know how this company stays in business due to the lack of communication and poorly customer service by their technicians and their office personnel. (I took pictures of everything, extremely frustrated and irritated with this company). ZERO Stars!
