            ordered shutters8/2/21. was given 12 weeks to completion .should have bee end of oct.when I call on a weekly basis they tell me still in production. when ask to check with the supplier they calin cant. now they claim dont know where ithey are located. was told this were made in ************** nears *******. I specifically asked as only wanted an American made product. now they not know where the factory is. when I went to the location today the showroom is empty and locked. . appears no one around. when check baggies list they advise the business has not enabled messages. . and refers you to other types of business. believe I will never see my shutters or my deposit back beware of this business to future customers . they have changed their advertising in the past week. to delete the 30 % sale. would like to get my. deposit returned. as have owned 11 homes and never had a problem with anything like this .

            No stars, Rapid blinds are not the quality we expected. We have blind slats damaged, draw strings that r so short I can barely reach. All windows have mismatched draw & tilt strings some r short some r long. We have door window blinds that were installed too close to the handle - I am scratching my hand on the corner of blinds when opening the door. The blind valances installed above the blinds were installed too low - u can see the window frame and light coming through. We are not happy and would like all this fixed. But Rapid blinds does not want to come out to check all the issues.Instead they say they will come when one of the replaced window blinds comes in (and they dont have a date for when?) then they will talk with us? Mean time my hand keeps getting scratched each time I open the door. Filing a complaint with the BBB.

            We have been in communication with the customer since the installation of their **********************. We currently have a repair on order for a replacement blind that was damaged in shipping. We have been doing our best to gather as much information as possible from the customer to better understand all of their concerns. Our technicians did a thorough inspection at the time of install and found no other issues. However, as explained to the customer, a manager will return to their home to complete the repair and do another full inspection of the product installed.
