Keep looking! Worst alarm service we have used. They charge $46** for the same service that other companies charge $30/mo and constantly make billing errors. Had 2 accounts with them, then one and they are now refusing to cancel my service. They are double billing me for part of 2023 by running my credit card but not posting the payment on their end and they also bill for future service. Tired of having to call them about their billing errors and arguing with office girl who is rude and dismissive. Told her to cancel my service so instead, she ran next months service on my credit card and has ignored me. I also emailed cancellation but am still being ignored. Will have to dispute through credit card company.

Yes, we covered two accounts for this customer, one of which we had to shut down due to non payment. We have always sent out invoices with thirty days to pay it for the next coming quarter for the last 30 years. She did not like the way we billed *************************************************************************************** run the card 30 days late so it matched up with the way she thought she should be billed. No one ever refused to cancel her service, she has been told previously many times that we require a thirty day written notice. Which she did not give and we still canceled her account and wrote off the invoice she refused to pay. We tried to tell her the reason there was an outstanding invoice but she did not want to stay on the phone to find out and hung up mid conversation. She has never been over billed or ignored, **************** has not allowed anyone at this office to explain anything in the past or present regarding any issues she has had and makes her own assumptions.Review from Harvey G.

Their security system works however dont ever buy their smart doorbell solution. A virtual nightmare. ********** wont work and after numerous tech visits we are done. Plus they wont reimburse us the cost of the doorbell and want $125 for a tech to come out to fix it, which is insane, since they just cant get it to work. Bad companyOneAZ Alarm Inc Response
