    ID True has no way got you to cancel your subscription. The phone number for customer service says its inactive. Ive only found other site that want to charge you to cancel for you. The site says you can cancel at any time by calling a number In sure they realize doesnt work and there are no other options on the site. I just dont feel I should pay for services I dont use, especially when I try to do the right thing and cancel.

    This business indirectly refuses to cancel your membership by not abiding to their own stated policies. They refuse to answer the phone at the posted customer support hours of 6AM to 6PM -- The automated system just tells you to call back EVEN during those hours. They do not answer their email, so you can not cancel through email or EVEN get a response at all. They're disingenuous dirtbags. I need my membership cancelled for this service I never use.

    I are unable to locate an account with the information provided.  We do not have any accounts under the name "*******************************" or email, ***********************?  Did you sign up under another name or email address.  If you have a confirmation email from ID True it will show the email address and a customer or order ID.  You also could provide us the last 4 digits of the card used and zipcode, and we might be able to locate the account.

    On Feb. 9, 2024, I suffered a severe identity theft, resulting in several fraudulent actions, as a result, I have since been searching for all avenues to protect myself moving forward. On Feb. 15 2024 I located a number of profiles exhibiting my personal information on this site, ie. my name, age, family members, and history of residence, and proceeded to request my information be removed from this sight. The site required I provide my email address to verify my identification and process the removal request. No such email was received either in my inbox, spam, or junk folders. As a result, the information I requested to be removed has not been. This is a top priority for me and I wish it's immediate resolution. Furthermore, I request the company block my information from being returned to the public viewable database permanently.

    I am being charged monthly for a service I do not want and have no way to contact them to cancel. They have no email address listed and the phone number provided will tell you you have called outside of business hours no matter what time of day you call. I need this subscription cancelled.

    I tried to OPT out from IDTRUE and they will not send a confirmation email so that they can keep posting my private information online. Posting my info places my safety at risk for significant risk of harm as a nature of my job.

    I keep getting charged monthly payments I did not agree to. I have called multiple times to try and cancel my account and stop from being charged and no one ever answers after being on hold for long periods of time. There is no email listed on their account and no other way to contact them. This is a scam.

    I requested my personal information be removed from IDtrue database and that they cease to process it and make it available for sale.I received the attached response from IDtrue.#1 such email was never delivered to my email address, neither my inbox or spam/junk folder.#2 My complaint is not an "opt-out" for removal under the authority of your terms, solely for your search results for the person listed in your response.It is notice cancelling all agreements and to destroy and cease processing all my personal data, in all of your systems.

    This company has been asked in the past to suppress my information and delete it off their website and they complied back then but keeps reposting my private personal information on their website. They do not comply with request to suppress information and instead they repost all the information they remove a few months later. This company needs to be investigated for malicious activity. This is my last attempt at a civil request to have my personal information PERMANENTLY removed and suppressed before I contact a lawyer and bring legal action towards them. Also, this is the 2nd time I have had to file a complaint with the BBB in order for them to comply, they put the personal information back on their website once the time to reply time to the initial complaint is up.
