    ID True, along with That's Them, People Looker, People Smart, Identity PI, and Email Finder, have all been selling my information. My entire life has been compromised by identity thieves and THESE companies are partially responsible - along with T-Mobile who also released everything on me and I wasn't even a customer. I want the madness STOPPED. Please make these companies STOP using and/or selling my data to the highest bidder. I should NOT have to write them every 30 days to stop it.

    I have been try to cancel my ID true account for months and keep getting charged $44.99. There is no way to cancel on there website because it will keep glitching to the account home screen. I just want to cancel the account, I can't even see what card is connected to the account. It feels like shady business. Why all this trouble just to cancel the account??

    ************************** charged me $3.95 for a one time use in January 4, 2024. Then every month since then they have charged me $44.95 on my Cosco credit card. I have not received any correspondence from them for these charges. I did not use their services since the initial use back in January. I did not sign up with an account, email address or password. I noticed the charge this month when reviewing my credit card for tax expenses. I want to cancel the account and the unauthorized charges.

    I cancelled/opted out of ID True months ago. This Company repeatedly debits my account for ***** monthly for subscription fee. I am at a loss on how to end this. They do not answer the phone ever or respond to email requests. Please help

    I had been searching for a date I needed. I got my credit card bill in the mail with a charge of $44.99. from ID True. I do not remember signing up for this monthly service. I have been online trying to talk to someone to cancel this - I have no membership number, password, etc. to bring up acct. - all to no avail. Very frustrating that there is nobody there to talk to. I had sent an email earlier, but no response. I was even willing to pay the $44.99 for this month (although I have no information to verify this), but I am not willing to pay their monthly price going forward. They make it impossible to deal with. I just want to cancel! I know there is usually a small fee to start and then an option to cancel within a certain **** of days. Website will not allow me to cancel, nor anyone to assist over the phone. Please help!

    September 12 2024 I used ID trues site as a one time service. I am requesting cancellation and a refund for both October and November. I did not authorize a membership! I was never notified of confirmation from the two payments of ***** being charged. I used ID Trues services for what I thought was a one time fee in September 2024 for $4.99. I have not been on ID Trues site since September. I didnt catch Octobers charge but I definitely caught this months (November). I would like a refund for both October and November totaling $89.98. I am not sure what email ID True has on file but It may be an email address from my previous work email that is no longer is use. I tried resetting my password and used all email addresses I have and none of them came back to me having an account. I consider this an unauthorized ******************** I want all of my information removed and a refund immediately. Please let me know what information you may need from me. The last 4 numbers of my card is 0117 if that helps locate my account.

    I've requested to remove my information and keep getting an error that i've already removed 3 people regardless the email addy used. I want my info removed because of fraud and they're making it difficult. I've even tried a different browser and i.p but nope they refuse to remove my information.
