BBB has received information the business does not inform consumers of the company’s no-refund policy. However, the FAQ webpage on the business website at www.colorbuzz.com/faq states:
“Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds... Tickets are sold in limited numbers per race... If you can’t make it, at least come to the check in, you can still pick up your registration goodies, or see above on how to transfer your registration...!”
In addition, the color Buzz Liability Release, Indemnity and Promise Not to Sue form, which all participants must sign, states:
“NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. If there is severe weather that prevents the event from being held on the scheduled date, we will work to reschedule. Prices are subject to change without notice. Event date and location are subject to change.”
