              Moved into ******************************** 2 years ago. From the time I moved in I had no **. Or heater. During the freeze I was frozen and had no power during the summer I was so hot I had to stay at my moms and my children could not sleep. We had to drench our clothes in cold water just to stay cool.The ** was fixed just before MEB took over and the ** went out a week later. They have been missing a part to fix my ** for months. Half the time I don't get a response when I do they don't have the part again and I have gone through yet another winter freeze with no ** or heater. My children are having asthma related issues to the heat and get really bad colds in the winter because of this issue.I would love it if I can get a 3 bedroom at a discounted rate. At this point.

              I think you are a bunch of greedy people. There is nothing affordable about you. I moved here in 2021. I had to be income qualified before I could get an apartment. But I guess the qualifing is so they can be sure that the income is stable. Its been raised twice since I moved here in 2021. I agree with ****, this company should be investigated and ASAP regarding the continual rental increases. ******************

This program is overseen by the *** and follows the *** Income and Rent Limits, which are updated annually. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in the maximum allowable rents set by ***. According to ***** Program regulations, owners can charge rents up to the maximum allowable amount, with adjustments for the current utility allowance. These adjustments help cover the increasing costs of maintaining the community to provide a high standard of living for all residents. Whenever new limits are released or there's a change in the utility allowance based on resident leases, residents are given a 30-day written notice about any rent adjustments. ******************* remains dedicated to offering affordable housing in compliance with *** regulations for the ***** Program.
