      I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a pool from this company. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected a much higher standard of service and support. Unfortunately, that was not the case.Upon delivery, we were provided with the wrong installation instructions. Trusting the materials supplied, we followed them, only to discoverafter significant issues arosethat we had set up the pool incorrectly. This mistake resulted in a bent frame and a compromised structure, requiring us to pay over $3,500 out of pocket for a professional to come and fix what should have been done right the first ******* make matters worse, when we reached out for assistance, customer ********************** offered us a $200 voucher as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, this does not come close to addressing the financial and emotional stress caused by their error. We are not looking for a free pool, but rather a reasonable reimbursement that reflects the seriousness of their mistake and demonstrates good faith.I have tried to resolve this amicably and professionally, but the lack of a meaningful response is unacceptable. I hope this review serves as a caution to others and encourages the company to take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

      Terrible service on the phone and terrible in petsone very ignorant tabout everything. very deceiving about rewards points and credits earned from an on site visit that was unessaary because I gave them picks of the Old filter and they used all the piping that was already there from the previous filter. The company gave me a hard way to go and they ran my filter without de powder longer than 5 miutes

      Hello,Im writing to file a serious complaint about the manager at your *******, ******** location. I was told to bring my pool robot other piece of it as yall had another piece prior to it into the store for inspection. When I arrived, I was met with immediate rudeness, and things escalated quickly.The store manager, who identified himself as ***, was rude right off the bat I let him treat me unfairly for some time then I asked him why he was talking to me the way he was and then he told me to leave and while physically shoving The pool robot towards me while I was trying to grab it, despite me asking him clearly to stop. When I asked him not to shove it into me again, he told me, Ill do what I want in my store.This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and borderline threatening. This isnt just poor customer ********************** it felt hostile and aggressive. I believe your store has cameras, and I encourage your team to review the footage from my visit.Additionally, he made a sarcastic comment about my husband (****), whose name is in your system, even though he wasnt present. I have part of this interaction recorded and will provide it if needed.Please take this complaint seriously. I would appreciate a prompt follow-up, and I expect this issue to be addressed appropriately.

      I have a huge issue with ****, the General Manager at Leslies Pool store #*** in ***********, **. He was completely rude to both my wife and myself. I have never met a more completely unprofessional representation of a company like this. He does not follow any form of your 5 points of customer **********************. In fact he threatened to trespass my wife from the property, even though he was the one to make her start crying in the store.There is a more effective way to deal with a customer issue. Never in my life have I experienced this.I personally went into to the store myself to inquire about his own supervisors contact information, and he refused to give it to me directly. He wanted to just take down my number and name to pass it along. I know thats not going to go anywhere.I called corporate, and nothing really came to fruition from that.I want to be able to speak to his regional manager about this situation. Then hopefully we can come to a resolution to this issue.

      There is outrageous price gouging going on and all employees say is that they have no control prices are set by corporateI needed to replace my automatic chlorine dispenser ****** Pools price was over $100 more than other companies. ******* was more than $100 less, but I would have to wait for it to be shippedI needed to replace mine that day, so I could turn back on the pump

      Complaint Type: Service Issue Product/Service: Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Date of Transaction: [Insert Date of Service]Amount Paid: $331 (paid in cash)Quoted Price: $255 Amount Overcharged: $70 Complaint:I hired [Company Name] to perform a full pool cleaning and maintenance service. The quoted price was $255, but I was charged $325, and added a $6 tip, for a total of $331 paid in cash. I later realized I was overcharged by $70, and worse, the service I paid for was not completed and left my pool in worse condition than before.Key issues:The pool was left draining, not filtering or functioning as it should have been.Pool tubes and equipment were left scattered in the grass, not reinstalled or ************* proper cleaning or servicing was performed.I received no receipt, invoice, or breakdown of charges.I attempted to follow up with the company and was told I would speak to someone higher up, but no one ever returned my call.This was not only poor service it bordered on negligence. The work was not completed, my property was left in a compromised state, and the handling of payment and customer care was unacceptable.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of $325 (not including the $6 tip) due to the overcharge, incomplete service, and potential damage to my pool system.       AccuBlue Home Testing subscribers are being charged a tax on subscriptions in violation of Arizona Law regarding credits which are created on a Leslies Gift card when is redeemable in their stores. Each monthly subscription is charged a sales tax based on the sales tax of the zip code location of each customer. When the credits are redeemed in a store a customer is once again charged a sales tax. This is double taxation. I have contacted AccuBlue customer **********************. They say they have been aware of the problem for sometime with no solution at this time.

      Thank you for your review. We'd like to clarify and hopefully ease any frustration. The monthly subscription fee and the in-store purchase are two separate transactions. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or bypass state law requirements.

      *************************** *******************. **** in to store to purchase the Zodiac scrubbing brushes for my Zodiac MX8 Elite. In store price was $27.99; Item No. ****** | Manufacturer ***: R0714400. I went in and one was left on the shelf. Picked up and went to the register where an employee was assisting another customer with pool water testing and greeted me kindly. However, while waiting, the Assistant Store Manager, I believe his name is **** walked around me standing in line to greet a customer who happened to just walk through the store. Instead of assisting me, he assisted the gentleman that walked in. **** did not greet me at all. After **** was done assisting the gentleman who walked in after me, he proceeded to assist me with my purchase of the above mentioned item. Not once was he pleasant to me at anytime. He tested my water without saying anything and after completing it, handed the paper over without saying anything. Everyone else at this location would always ask do you have any questions?. Fast forward to the purchase of the above mentioned item. I showed him the Amazon price of $20.99 for a price match; **** said he couldnt match due to it being a business price. I then pulled up regular people Amazon prices as **** said and it was actually a bit less $20.98; then **** proceeded now to say they would not match as the in store item was the ******** brand, even though it was listed as the Zodiac Brand on Leslies website and the *** number matched. Same company and same item, but **** refused to price match saying Zodiac is different from Baracuda. As **** said, has to be apples to apples and this was not, even though it was listed on the ****** website as Zodiac, but packaged under Baracuda. First he wouldnt match, saying it was business pricing, then showing him the price for regular ****** prices, he then now said he wont match because the items are not identical.****** failed to honor price match guarantee.

      0 stars , but had to leave one or it would not let me proceed Worst Service Ever!!!! Service/tech was at our house about 20 minutes , never even got his hands wet. Never addressed our issue, told us to go to the store and buy MORE chemicals and had the nerve to charge us $189.61. I wish I made that type of money for NOTHING.

      I ordered a solar pool cover from this company ONLY because it was to be delivered the next day. It was not delivered the next day. No explanation. I needed it that day due to the weather and an upcoming party. I would have ordered a different cover elsewhere if I had known that ****** Pools was just lying to sell their products. Fraud. Inducing someone to buy something based on a lie is fraud. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
