I had been using them for a while, but recently they've had other people service the pools (not the original owners) as they've grown. That's not a problem, but service has been horrible. Multiple times they said my pool and hot tub were clean, charging me for service, but they didn't actually do anything. I sent in pictures of the dirty pool they said they cleaned, and asked them to come back out to fix it. They didn't even offer me a discount on their services even after all that. This really should not happen with a reputable business.They asked if they could clean my pool filter for $120, then afterwards they said they also cleaned my hot tub filter and charged me an additional $120, without even asking me. The hot tub just had the filter cleaned, but they wouldn't retract the charge.Within days of them cleaning the filter, the cap broke off and caused gushing water everywhere, shorting out the electricity. Other pool contractors said this was due to them over tightening the cap at the time of the filter cleaning, and was Agua Pools fault. Water had been gushing everywhere for days while I was out of town and the pool had lost a lot of water. On top of an astronomical water bill, they said they wouldn't come and fix it without charging me, even though it was their fault it popped off. I definitely wouldn't recommend them - they've gotten super shady, charging for work you didn't approve then denying fault when they damage your equipment, and don't offer any refunds when they mess your pool up.
