    My price on the signed contract was for 2289 on 2/8/24 then on 2/9/24 i was looking at reviews and seen there was a senior discount which i would get being 68 at 10% contacted ****** at Rooter Ranger and he said my price was 2489 which i never ever saw on my initial tablet signed contract.****** sent me the contract that looked updated with a price of 2489 on top with no signature at the bottom and they stated they had to remove my toilet also they never touched the toilet just vanity to access sink plumbing.So im doing the math 2289-10%=2060.Even the updated contract say 2489-10%=2241 there price said 2289.I had every intention of giving a good review ******* the tech who did the job was an awsum employee .

    Regarding the discrepancy between the $2,289 and $2,489 amounts and the update you received without a signature, wed like to investigate this further and make it right. If a toilet was never removed, that should not have been listed or charged, and we certainly want to correct that as well.

    The price they charged was outrageous. But even more outrageously, these people used my debit card information to drain my checking account of over $7000 without my authorization and without issuing me an invoice or offering me the choice of a payment method. Ask yourself: Is this the kind of company I want to do business with?

    I called to schedule someone to take a look at my 10+ year old water heater and give me an estimate on installing a new one. I called at 10:30 am and by 7 pm that same day, I had a new one installed. The response from my first call to the installation was truly AMAZING!The technicians who were part of this were polite, engaging and knowledgeable.     I would like to start by saying they are very adept to hard sell scare tactics. I have an older home, found one of my toilets backing up and not flushing properly. I decided to call a plumber to have the main line cleaned as it hadn't been done in 8 yrs. They advertised $49 and prompt service - sounded good. That experience was extremely stressful. They snaked the line and found a blockage, so put a camera through, they found a pipe that was disconnected and off center. Resolution was dig a 3x3x3 hole, attach new PVC pipe, rebar and salt the ground so no roots could get in. Price tag over $3000, they advertise 10% discount for senior citizens, 10% discount for first responders - they gave me 5% for each leaving a balance of $3149. They also wanted to repipe the main sewer line to the street for a total of $15000 or just from the corner of the house for $9000.. Being a senior widow I felt conflicted so spoke to my son, the supervisor spoke with him explaining the situation. After much though and several more conversations with my son decided to hold off on that. They were supposed to only get me an estimate of the payment if I chose to finance the $15000, instead they took the liberty of completing an application for the loan which I did not authorize. I received the loan papers in the mail with instruction on how to acfivate on line.They tied the line together but did not cover the hole until the super could see it - at 4am the next morning my small dog fell in it. When I informed them I would not be going through with the major repair they informed me they had already pulled permits and I would have to pay a prorated amount for this - it was a week-end and I did not authorize this. I feel this was a scare tactic when I told them it was a scare tactic, and my incident with my dog, they reduced the bill to $3000, I later found out their Calif. license was suspended, therefore should not have been doing business in Calif.
