5 stars*** is an awesome piano tuner. He kept in contact with me about his arrival time, and was very prompt. He instructed me on how to take the panels off for cleaning then vacuumed it for me. He worked diligently to make sure it played correctly then gave us a mini concert. Oh my, he is very talented.I will continue to use him.Jim Sorensen's Piano Tuning
