5 stars*** is an upmost professional, and such a rarity to find with vast experience, decades of excellent tuning and repair knowledge. Our Piano is nearly 100 years old, and he makes it sound like new.! Such a kind and talented professional and a masterful musician! He even delighted our family with a few songs before completing! 5 starsFirst time having *** tune my Yahama C1 baby grand piano; he came recommended by a friend of mine. He not only did a phenomenal job, but walked me through what he saw/heard from my instrument every step of the way. It's very clear that *** knows the instrument inside and out - and is a very talented musician himself. He also works hard to connect students to teachers, which I appreciate being a teacher myself. 5 stars*** used his 40 years of practice to expertly detail clean and tune our baby grand piano, a hard job well done! Our piano had *** ***** and nearly a whole octave flat for more than 20 years. Classically trained by his father to tune by ear, not only did he work quickly and deftly, he told many wonderful tales of his trade and travels! He did a great job thoroughly tuning our (very old!) piano while answering questions and providing lots of helpful information. 5 starsI have used *** ******** to tune my baby grand piano for years. He does such an excellent job, and if Im lucky when hes done, I actually get a little mini concert! 5 stars*** is, by far, the best piano tuner I've ever used. His work speaks for itself in the sound of my piano, but he is also personable and professional. He's always on time, is easy to reach, and is sensitive to the nuances of each piano. I also appreciate that he tunes by ear and plays the piano when he's finished. I appreciate that. Piano tuning is an art and you have to approach each piano differently. The reward after tuning the piano is playing it for myself and the customers.
