This company runs 7 salons with zero management on site. They run their salons when the temperatures get to above 90 degrees. The staff can be heard throwing around racial slurs (N word), and threatening to punch dogs when should they bite the staff members. Dogs get loose constantly in their ******** location, and in all their locations chemicals are stored near the dog shampoos and conditions.I have never worked in a more unprofessional or unsafe environment. I left the company 7/10/2021 after my original salon was bought by these neglectful business owners in November of 2020.They do not provide adequate teeth brushing supplies for their staff, meaning dogs will have the same tooth brush used on them as every other dog in the ***** with zero sanitary steps to ensure no diseases are spread. The ******** location reuses towels after one use for the next day, they hang them up after one use and use them again before washing them. They do not sanitize kennels in-between pets at any location. They do not sanitize equipment between pets, nor give any water to the dogs during their stay in the salons.These salons are dangerous, not only for the individual pets who enter their ***** but the community as a whole who will have to suffer the consequences of their poor sanitation.They do not conform to social distancing protocols, as far as to cough in a shared space and sneeze in a shared space without covering their noses or mouths.
