  Yesterday when **** from Moxie serviced our home, we found him to be extremely thorough, very conscientious, and knowledgeable. He was also personable and very easy to speak with during the entire service. It was a pleasure to have him.

  great service. spider webs gone, no sign of any crawly creatures, and rat traps check and rebated if needed. Appreciate the very through service.

  I initially put a very good review of the company but Ive come to determine that their door to door sales guys are incredibly misleading and itll cost you! My experience was this, sales guy comes to my door and offered a service to provide general pest control for interior and exterior of my home. I did not want a subscription based service but I did want a one time service. The sales person then verbally tells me that there is not a requirement for a subscription service but they would want to come back in a few months to do another inspection and I would be contacted at that time. He also gave me a discount for the service on that day. A month later I get a call from my account manager **** who tells me that the discount I was provided that day was reliant that I continue with Moxie on a subscription based service and that by cancelling my next service, I was going to be charged for the discounted amount from the initial service.Ultimately, Ive come to conclude that the door to door sales guys are liars that just want you to sign the paperwork. Part of this was on me for trusting what they were saying instead of reading the paperwork, but ultimately its still shady business and its probably best that you avoid the company altogether

  A Moxie rep showed up at my home and offered my wife a one time spray for $99. They didnt cover the fact that she was signing up for a year contract. They showed up about a month later saying we were needing a second spray and that we had signed up for service. When we called to cancel the service we were told we had a cancellation fee of $200. We shouldnt have to pay that since the Moxie rep ***** clear and honest with my wife. What a terrible way to lock people into stealing their money.

  ***** was just great. I had a few questions and he answered them with the explained so I understood fully. I really like Moxie for your service and your products that are safe for my pets and kill the pests at the same time.**********
