    Do not buy from them. They lie! Products ship from ********* and takes 4 weeks. Not 10 days like they say. There is no customer service. The phone number gets you nothing.

    I had a similar experience. ******* AFTER purchase said ** ordered two. Tried several ways to cancel, none specifically acknowledged cancellation. I do NOT Recommend buying from them.

    This company is BS! They said they delivered my order at my front door and send me pictures of what I saw wasn't my door at all.I live in an older mobile home park an d the door I was shown was for a newer home! I just want my **** order and I will never order from this company AGAIN!!!!!

    Its a scam.... They put your address down wrong. Then when you dont recieve the merch. They claim they arent responsible for having the wrong address??? Most unreasonable customer service experience ever! Save your money and put these guys out if business and just order straight from China!?
    At least you would recieve the junk that you ordered!

    This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered The Tough Tape on 10/24/2024. They sent me a notification on 11/01/2024 my package was at my front door. I open my door NO PACKAGE. Now, the front door to the building takes me less than 5 seconds to get to that door there wasn't even a delivery vehicle outside. I sent 3 emails and NO RESPONSE. THEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THE SUPERVISOR ****** **** UP ON ME. When I tried calling back they wouldn't answer the phone. I spent $27 on Tape that I NEVERED RECEIVED AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM.

    I should have read these comments prior to purchasing SuperBrands "Super Pruners"! The pruners were used for a few times last autumn, then put away for the season (Oregon. Roses needed pruning in early spring but guess what? They don't work now. I contacted SuperBrands and expected (a positive) resolution given the minimal time the pruners had lasted. The reply was cold and said, "sorry, you exceeded our 90 warranty. We'll give you a 50% discount on a new one"!What a hoot, like I'd throw good money after bad. Ridiculous Their website proclaims, ""The Superbrand Promise means that if you don't have a positive experience, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase."Words mean nothing when they're not backed up by actions.Their actions speak volumes to the business model they're operating

    I purchased a SuperBrands "Super Saw" in May last year. After receiving it, I tested to the extent of turning on the saw to see if it worked, but never put it to any use. 11 months later, I have a need for it, get it out and, guess what, it doesnt work! Charged the battery, assuming that that was the problem. It still does not work. I then cContacted ************ and asked for a replacement battery. SuperBrands response was sorry but its outside of its (3 month) warranty, and best it can do is for me is sell me another battery, which I have no reason to believe will last any longer the than the original. BUYER BEWARE of SuperBrands
