Refund and Exchange Policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee If Shipped By UPS.  Most all of our products can be returned.  There are a few exceptions, including out memory foam mattresses (but not limited to this example) due to repackaging requirements and governing health codes.  In addition, we do not accept returns if the order was shipped by United States Postal Service due to long tracking and investigation times.  After Initial inspection, if your order was shipped by UPS and you are not happy with quality, materials, or workmanship, you can return the unused item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the product. Testing The Waters is a wholesale company, not a retailer and we donate a percentage of EVERY sale to an accredited veterans' institution, charity or organization.  Due to the amount of donations Testing The Waters gives, we have shortened our return policy in order to create less delays on behalf of our charitable institutions and organizations that we are all supporting.  We thank you for your understanding and your continued support.  If you have any additional questions about this and who we support, please contact customer service at [email protected]

A $2 fee will apply to all orders under $100.  Fees apply to all cancelled orders. Contact customer service ([email protected]) for further information on exact fee amounts. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items plus freight.
