Best moving company I have ever used, hands down ! Movers were very nice and fast with the whole process. 5 ? I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help with moving.

Great experience everything went smooth and felt they handled my items with care and I will definitely use them again.

They require four guys and two trucks to do your move. That makes it a high hourly rate around $280. And then they have a four hour minimum. I was quoted at 10 hours for my move. Took two and a half hours and was charged $1,200 which is the minimum. I would not use them again. Which means they lost future business as I'll be moving in a year again.They don't leave voicemails either. And then get all upset when you don't answer your phone. I know movers are the lowest type of employment and you usually get thugs, but teach your guys how to text, or leave a voicemail.

So far, so good in placing the order. Will review again after the move.

The owner makes the Hr lady do his bidding as well as the insurance claims specialists. They can't do anything unless the aggressive owner who threatened me many times as well as his other manager because they didn't want to pay me after their guys broke a $900.00 flat top stove. They broke it because they were forced to use such crappy trucks like the one they had had a giant metal curve that their dolly wheels hit everytime with my stuff. Definitely scammer company trained by the violent owner because they didn't want to take any responsibility for their actions or crappy trucks. And the proof that they are scammers. Is they will send you two guys with no ramp truck so everytime they bring 5 boxes from the back of truck towards the front they have to use the auto ramp button like some real wimpy dudes who can't run. They were strong guys and didn't make sence how it was taking an extra 5 mins every time they brought boxes down. I didn't sign the insurance payout of 140 for my broken flat top and I should have filed another labor claim. What a horrible experience this owner should lose his liscense and be forced to 5 years of probation on anger management. He seriously pushed me to come fight him at his job site. Never exp so much unprofessionalism made me so mad.

I was initially very satisfied with Low Budget Movers when I was getting our move put together but that quickly changed when the actual move occurred. When I initially called in I asked for a quote and the gentleman I talked to said based on the size of our house, and the area we were moving to, we should expect to be moved to our new place within 3 hours and we shouldn't be spending more than $500. Well they ended up being an hour and a half late, and the move took 7 HOURS! It was more than double what they initially told me (which is why we chose them), and ended up being double what they quoted us at. They also did not take care of our furniture, we had a brand new dresser we had just purchased a month before our move and they didnt wrap it or anything before putting it on the dolly, and now it has dents and scratches on top of it. They also slid our couch across the ground, and not you can clearly see where they dragged it because it has dirt marks smeared across all the cushions and ottoman. Lastly, we ended up "losing" a couple of items from our move. One of them being a backpack with an ********* Amazon ****** and Apple Watch, and many other things, and that was nowhere to be found. I called in to ask if they had forgotten it in the truck and they told me that they will look and they will cooperate if law enforcement needs to get involved. I was very nice to the guy and told him I wasnt accusing them, I was just curious if they had forgotten it because they finished the move so late at night. He told me he would call me back, and never did.I called him the next day to see if he had an update and said they didn't find anything, then got frustrated with me and said I was "threatening" him when I said I needed to find where the bag went or else I would have to write a bad review (as if everything else they had done didn't warrant a bad review). I do not recommend Low Budget Movers. Poor pricing, bad customer service, and we are missing item

they are great this is the second time i used them and they were fantastic. i gave their card to four of my friends and they are also using them they were kind and helpful and did a super job. i would use them again if i planned another move thank you again. ***** o

The worst experience I have EVER had. I have moved 11x in my life and never had such a nightmare. The owner, I believe is *****?..., is not only rude and unprofessional, but sat there and tole me how great their reviews are and how they never have had a complaint. I filed a formal compliant with the ** BBB due to them breaking items, being late with zero notice, charging me more than they initially quoted, and for screaming at me on the phone when i made a complaint. This *** is horrible and a joke of a *** NEVER USE THEM. NEVER

Horrible company, I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. Gave me a 1-3pm move time, I waited all day until finally at 5pm they arrived. We had to call over and over to figure out where these guys were, I confirmed the day prior that they would arrive with a truck and they came with *******. I was talked to so disrespectfully by the crew after all of this, he told me I had an attitude - of course I do! Youre late and you have no truck and my pod gets picked up tomorrow after I waited around all day for this. I have a newborn baby and her crib and everything is in this pod and now we will have to figure out elsewhere to stay because of them. I then called the office and he raised his voice and told me we didnt tell him we needed a truck. I just called the DAY PRIOR confirming there would be a truck coming and he said of course, all of our crews come with a truck no matter what. I hung up, *** never been disrespected like that by a company Im paying good money to in my entire life. I tip my movers **** and Im so glad I didnt continue with this company. Do NOT hire them!

They were sloppy, packed boxes only half full, did not label the rooms they came from and packed produce which began to deteriorate and rot before the boxes were even loaded in the truck. Items broken when unpacked because they werent properly wrapped. Left several boxes not even adequately taped. Used expensive wardrobe boxes for items such as a shoe rack. Nothing else placed in the box. Was greatly disappointed. Called and forwarded pictures in an email. They refunded us $51, the difference between 3 wardrobe boxes and 3 mediums. I paid them over $1000 for 2.hours and 20 minutes of half-**** work. Would not recommend.
