#1. Fraudulent charges were made without my consent (forged my signature on contract for charge ($340). Charged additional deposit of $150.00 without my consent. I verbally contracted services under my name, my credit card was charged (my husband authorized on it) & they never had me sign contract authorization/insurance. They never finished the job (left packed boxes & item off truck), did not provide quality service/care (threw boxes into truck w/o securing and placed heavy boxes on top of fragile item boxes, did not cover furniture, box springs. Damaged my baby grand piano before it left property (never strapped into truck (said they didn't know how to use truck straps), wedged deck bar of truck into the top side of it which cut into the wood of piano (they said they did this to secure it). Piano fell after they placed it onto 4 wheel dolly which crushed from weight of piano & it fell 45 degree angle causing much damage. I would like a full refund to avoid pursuing legal action.Business response

Please see attached work order, Bill of Lading, and Good faith effort "Claim Form that was sent to Mrs. ****** to resolve this matter weeks ago. In effort to make things right by MRs ****** we have offer refunded amount of $576.00 off the load process
As far as Damaged items, this was a " Load ONLY Job", which means that once the cargo leaves our Possession we cannot insure any longer as we have no idea how it was hauled or what road conditions it was under. We "Still" offered insurable coverage amount on the BAby grand piano.
As for items that didn't make the load, "The cargo area was not big enough fit everything in the home. We cannot control that. As good faith effort " I brought the men back to the home free of charge and readdressed loading the trailer "AS YOU SAW FIT" on the same day the load took place. When we left everything was satisfied.
As for materials : (ON CONTRACT, we did sell piano board at $245.) you later purchased straps and flat cart. AS GOOD FATITH EFFORT ONCE MORE, we discounted the material because you said we didn't use them but we certainly did.
Low budget Movers has made every single effort to satisfy any and all issues that you may have had. We have gone way outside our contracted coverages and way outside what is allowable on a LOAD ONLY contract. This is the best and only offer we can make to satisfy this work order. This Good FAITH offer will stand indefinitely and we can send payment immediately once signed and received. Thank you again.

Because I work I had to schedule movers later in the afternoon. When I was able to do this I thought I would get a late starting crew, not a crew who had already worked all day. They arrived late and weren't really wanting to move me but I had to move. They proceeded to tell me they wouldn't be able to move everything's so I told them to get all my heavy stuff. I had garage stuff as well, they said it would go last. Again, I told them to just get the heavy stuff. They worked super slow & talked on the phone and to each other instead of moving. They wrapped my dresser but never took it down. I was stressing so bad. They ended up moving ALL the garage stuff and very little of my indoor stuff. The guy tells me he couldn't move anymore of my stuff and that it was my fault. Finally while at my new home w/boss on the line, the guy started to argue with me, I had to kick him out of my house. It was the most stressful experience I've ever had. I want my money back. They were not good.Business response

My apologies on delayed response, I was out of town on travel and was unable to respond until now. On this move, "It was indicated to *****" that the crew would call 30-45 min prior to arrival inside our 12-3pmn arrival window. The reason for the window was because we wouldn't know exactly how long the move prior to hers would take. WE CANNOT JUST HAVE A CREW NOT WORK UNTIL 12pm THIS IS A BUSINESS AND TRUCKS SITTING AND CREWS NOT WORKING DOESNT PAY THE BILLS!!
Also we moved as Indicated by customer the items in which she would like to move. ***** had a much larger inventory than she explained during time of booking and it became very apparent that all of her contents were not going to fi in 1 load. We offered to make a second trip but she declined as she "wouldn't want to be billed for it" We would have no choice but to bill her as we have to pay the men, insurance, diesel, etc. during the moving process. We only charged for the work we did and everything we did was done correctly and without damages
AS A GOOD FAITH EFFORT WE DID WAIVE OUR 59.50 TRIP FEE FOR ANY AND ALL INCONVIENCE (WHICH WAS OUR GOOD FAITH EFFORT DISCOUNT)
We cannot refund any money as we did our part on this move and tried to accommodate to the best of our abilities

To begin with the window for the movers to get to my home was 2pm-4pm. I received a call at 3:41 and said they were 30 mins away. At 4:26 they hadn't yet arrived so I called them and they said they would be at my home in 10 mins. Once they were in my home, they did not want to move me, they both admitted they hated moving people from upstairs. The guy said he would do the garage last, they did it first. The heavy things were not moved out at all, half the truck was empty so my stuff could have fit.The owner did offer for the crew to come back the next day but I work and wasn't available for another move. I didn't want to spend more money on the same move, true but mostly I didn't have the time. And I surely didn't want the same crew or the same business to come back into my home. The entire experience was unprofessional even to the point of the owners email to BBB in behalf of this incident. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are not customer service orientated, they are self serving from the owner on down. I will continue to blast them on social media and never use them again. Yes, please make this complaint public, the world should know what a terrible business this is and to be aware of their hostility. That was scary for me.Business response

I am sorry you feel that way. Again this move was much larger than was explained to us and at time of service as you said I pled with you to reschedule to another day because of the size of the move it actually was. I appreciate your critisism and we will learn from this experience. Thank you again for the business and we are sorry you feel inconvenienced.
