From day one, I felt like I was in good hands. ****** ******* and ***** ******** were incredibly fast, friendly, and always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. What I appreciated most was how easy they made everything feel during what could have been a stressful process. I honestly cant think of anything I didnt like. 5 starsWe would like to say that agave has some great employees. Our refinance Was anything but easy we had title issues caused by paper work ticor title company really dropped the ball on when we purchased our home. The process was hard and frustrating my husband was ready to say forget it. ***** ****** and ****** ****** from agave really went above and beyond to help us get it all taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase or refinance. We are in ****** and they are in ******* but we feel like we got better service through them then we would of from our local mortgage brokers.
