    This company keeps calling my personal and work number with unsolicited offers for loans. I have made numerous requests for them to stop doing this to no avail. I am filing this order so they can please remove my number from their system.

    Hi ******, both phone numbers we had have been opted out from our system and you'll never receive phone calls from our company again. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I checked our call logs over the last 6 months and show that we only ever called you today one time on the two phone numbers we had.  If you've been getting tons of calls, it's likely from other companies. We'd recommend adding your phone numbers to the federal do not call list at this website **************************. I noticed that neither phone number was on there. That will definitely help you cut down the number of phone calls you receive. In addition, you can also go to ******************************** which would likely reduce them as well. Thank you.

    This company has called twice in the past two days. They said they saw I recently applied for a mortgage with another financial institution. I have never, ever done any business with this company, nor have I ever solicited their services. I verified with the Federal Do Not Call list that my phone number was placed on this list February 25, 2011.
