Our event medical services (EMS) are typically invoiced after the services have been provided so no refund or exchange would be necessary.
Our traffic safety services (MTS) is typically collected at time of service or invoiced after the event so no refund or exchange would be necessary.
Our training and education services (MSTI) may be collected at time of registration or on-site. If the class is canceled or rescheduled then the cost can be transferred to a new class or a refund will be provided in accordance to our policies stated on our training website.
