VMS Data offers a 72 hour or 3-day buyer remorse period where a new customer will receive a full refund of purchased services. The customer must submit the cancellation and refund request in writing via email to [email protected], or by mail to our main business address. If the refund request is submitted by mail, VMS Data will accept and process the refund if the post was submitted to mail within the 72 hour period. VMS Data will refund clients on a case-by-case basis after the 72 hour period, or offer store credit at an equal to or greater than purchase value.
