Awful Installation - 2018 Home installed, going through legal for 4 years, Cavco stopped fixing my issues, house has major cracks, water leaks through windows now have mold, house is not true stucco but a synthetic paint with sand in it, House was supposed to be ******** style now has flashing around it to help with water.Review from Sharon S

Two homes, they pull bait/switch with options. Declare that both ******************** listings are bogus even tho ads are identical! These ads come directly from realtors listing so they are falsely advertising their homes!Review from Leslie K

We bought a cavco home in June this year. When doing the walk through we pointed out that the counter tops in the kitchen is cut wrong and you can see the cabinets looking down and also the the fireplace counter needs to be replaced. We also saw that when it rains theres a big leak above the stove top and that the master tub isnt working. I have sent so many emails; Ive called numerous times to both the managers in charge and to the maintenance guy they have set for my home and I have yet to hear from them to come out and fix what needs to be fixed. I keep getting the run around on when i should be expecting a call to schedule. Its ridiculous and completely unprofessional.Review from Aether E

Terrible wiring and squirrels find their way in quite quickly even through a solid foundation of concrete and concert blocks with metal grates for ventilation. Excessive use of plywood. Terrible insulation and thin walls. You can hear the microwave beeping. Windows won't even open. Access to wiring is pretty much impossible without breaking through a wall or ceiling. Cheap paint, cheap roof. For the price of these homes we expected a lot better.Review from Gilbert G

I wouldn't buy a dog house from Palm Harbor Homes! In May'22, we bought a ***** Sq Ft home; delivered at the end of Sep'22. The home was damaged on delivery...a large support beam was bent when crossing the ditch line. We put the house on a residential foundation and added almost ***** sq ft of covered porches on the front and back.We moved into the home late Nov'22. From that point, it's taken almost a year to fix multiple issues with the home; huge bump in floor, cracks, damaged drywall, paint peeling, poor kitchen plumbing, pipe inside the laundry room broke, refrigerator leaked, damaged floor in kitchen, damaged counter top in kitchen, etc. The roof was not installed properly, nails exposed everywhere...they would only caulk the nails vs replacing the roof. The factory and office liaisons were almost completely non-responsive after the sale; escalated multiple times....all the way to Palm Harbor AND Cavco senior leadership. The coordination was impossible, since there was little or no communication. We're still having issues with cracking, ceiling marriage line is falling down, bath tile is coming off, siding is popping off, fireplace mantel was falling off, and the list goes on-and on! They sent a rep to fix the mantel and then the tech was told to stop what he was doing and leave. No follow up from Palm Harbor. So, I called factory service rep today and was told, we're now in the 2-year warranty timeframe and nothing would be done. We've been in the house 10-months.The lack of quality and workmanship coupled with level of Palm Harbor personnel incompetence is truly astounding!Review from Beverly W

This is my first time buying a mobile home my first home at that we went through Palm Harbor Homes and when we saw this home, we loved the floorplan, and we decided to go with it little that we knew that what they were sending was some thing that was incomplete and had many problems. I have reached out to the company and they would send people from out of the city. They will come and work on. It never gave me the results that I needed so they had to send a contractor and he was OK. we were supposed to move in around April we barely moved in June. This was very stressful and now as we walk through the house we can still see problems if you have a choice do not buy Cavco home go with any homes, but stay away from this company.Review from Katie G

This company is terrible. I have been in contact with them for 3 months trying to get our house fixed by one of their manufactured home companies and all I get is the run around. They constantly send me back to Friendship Homes in ********* which is doing NOTHING. This house is a pile. The manufacturing defects are ridiculous! The house was wired wrong, the sheetrock problems are awful, the trim is laughable, the house isnt level, the products the company used to make this house are c*** and we paid extra for some things. Im so angry with these companies and it has been a year since we bought it. A brand new house should not have so many defects! Take back your piece of c*** Cavco and give us our money back!Review from Iris W

Run.... Do not purchase a Cavco Home from ANYONE. They do not deserve even an one star. For starters, we ordered our home and it was delivered from the factory, It was filthy. Sawdust all over the floor, footprints in the shower and tub, smudges on the light switch, glue and tape on the island, and more. There was no make-ready done. We were told they do not do make-ready. There are so many nail dots all over the wall, on the trim ... which is peel-and-stick trim... that has popped apart in so many places. We have raw edges from every cut made on the trim The craftsmanship on the cabinets is horrible. We have screw-split wood, and unpainted raw wood inside cabinets and the shelves are particle boards you can break with your hand. The flooring, vinyl tile, is a roll-out tile so thin we pulled a hole in it trying to remove our grandson's candy off the floor. The Formica countertop is all chipped up so the workers left excessing glue to try and cover it up. There are so many trim spots that do not line up. There are glue and dirty brown spots on our walls. I regret ever showing up at Palm Harbor and purchasing this Cavco home. The floor plan is awesome and the model was perfect but our home is like a bait and switch.
