      We purchased our home from Cavco Industries and it was delivered in October of 2022. There were many repairs needed - some foundational. To date some items still have not been fixed - including broken windows and sagging floors. Cavco caused so many delays in scheduling. Sent out technicians who did not have parts or tools - an egregious amount of delays and now they will not fix because we are 'out of warranty' time frame - a fact that they caused with their delays.

      Floor soft spots. Base boards, walls damaged. Grout in kitchen and bathroom missing. Hall bathroom doesnt shut and lock. Outlet in master bath cant use it. Backsplash needs replaced. Counter top needs replaced. Carpet not holding up. Front and back utility door water damage. Dents on outside home from transport. Nail holes. Master bath damage to shower and tube, fiberglass. Master bath shower leak (fixed once still leaking.) Hall bath finish is coming off shower. Cabinets not finished. Back double door not installed correctly, needs replaced. Drywall not done.

      I bought a new manufactured home and moved into it in September of 2021. I have made numerous complaints since moving in about a window leaking when it rains. They send repairmen out her but it never gets fixed properly. As of 2-28-2024 it is still leaking. I have interior water damage due to the keak.

      After painting the interior of the home,the finished walls,ceiling,showed up the below acceptable results of a shoddy job of sheet rocking and finishing,texturing the interior walls and ceiling.Nail heads are coming thru the finish,sheet rocking joints stand out as not feathered out,etc.We obtained a bid,advised by the salesperson who sold us the home,and turned it over to Cavco via the sales rep.no word as of this complaint,where do we go from here? Attorney General? This is unacceptable.

      We recieved a manufactured home from this company last October. We have reached out multiple times and have went through multiple people to try and have the remaninder of warranty repairs done correctly on our home. We have been told by many of their staff they are shorthanded, and have had to rehire most of their staff. We cannot even get a reply from anyone at this point. This company is completely disorganized and it's unfortunately the customers are the ones who suffer. We have problems such as water leaks that cause more water damage each time it rains. Windows that won't lock which is a safety issue. We have door trim that was supposed to be repaired by previous contractors, and it looks worse than when they started. Along with many other issues. We are hoping you can encourage a response from Cavco, before we have to hire a lawyer to get these repairs completed.

      There isnt enough room to file a full complaint however my situation mirrors pretty much much of the other complaints Ive seen on here. Sadly Cavco isnt a registered BBB business so all our complaints will be ignored. I purchased a home in 2022.. it needed over 150 different things repair or acknowledged which I was told all would be taken care of. **** I am a year later living in my home with hardly any repairs done and almost zero communication from Cavco being told to please bear with them. Im only attaching one document at this point, which is my last email received July 31. This is their first response of after nearly 3 weeks of trying to get one from them. As of this email date, I still have not heard from them again. I am seeking a refund of my full cash payment that I made to purchase the home. I did not finance this and paid in full over one year ago. This home needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs that havent been taken care of. I am still having to pay storage fees since I cannot fully move in. Beyond acceptable in my opinion.

      We purchased our manufactured home through a company retailer, ******************* at Nationwide Manufactured Homes in ***** **. In July 2022. *************** promised that once the home was in place Cavco would send a representative to give a final check on the work done and fix anything that needed to be finished. We moved in in February 2023 and havent heard a word from *************** or Cavco. Its impossible to reach the company directly.

      Bought the unit 3/18, when it arived it had cracks on the outside siding, 5 years later Cemex sideing is cracking open at the seams, tried to **** it and repaint but still cracking, floor issues in guest bath, cracks in vinyl in front of toilet. these are just a few issues, i have owned 2 other Cavco's before, and no problems like this one.

      I put a deposit on a home and was referred to an engineer that Cavco does business with. After one year of waiting for my permit continuously getting rejected by the county due to mishaps from the engineer, and an increase in set up of the mobile home from $30k to $68k, I no longer could afford the home and requested my deposit back. I was told when I signed the agreement it was fully refundable. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times with no response. I finally reached someone I never spoke to before named ******. He informed me most of my deposit was used for services I already paid the engineer for. These supposed services were done without my knowledge and no records have been submitted to Pinal county. I was told that these services were needed to be done before the engineer could do anything. I hired the engineer almost a year ago and the invoice I was sent was from March of this year which makes what I was told not true. I already paid the engineer for the services and Cavco had direct knowledge of everything. I requested my deposit back, and I believe my funds were spent illegally. I have never met a *********************** (the person Cavco gave my $600 to from my deposit) nor does the county as this was never submitted to anyone.

      Purchased home and took possession of home in July 2022. There were several walk throughs identifying all issues to be repaired in June and then again in July with listings sent to Cavco. In addition to the listings of issues the **** system thermostat placement for the master bedroom is in the den area with another thermostat so the temperature in the master bedroom is impossible to control. During the summer the temperature in the master bedroom will be reading close to 90 degrees but the thermostat that controls that area will read 78 degrees. Cavco has been made aware of this issues and in October called saying they were going to have the thermostat relocated and for me to write email agreeing. My husband and I have emailed and called Cavco on numerous occasions and Cavco does not respond to emails and when we get through to them on the phone they say they will call us back and never do. I have contracted with another **** company to have the thermostat moved.
