            ***** started working on our Kenmore refer and requested we replace the board controlling our ice maker and we gave him a check for $****** for the part. After checking on it for several weeks he told us it was on backorder and would keep us informed. Not the case. Again not hearing from him called him again, he said it wasn't his fault because of the backorder and gave us the option to cancel the order and refund the ****** dollars. I said cancel the order and he said he would and send us the refund ****** dollars. We waited for the refund and weeks turned into months. The sad part he won't return the calls and his voicemail is full and he is a typical scammer. We our out over ****** plus service calls and he has no remorse. He talks a good story about being in the business for years but the results are the same he has our money and the check is in the mail.We hired another Company and our ice maker will be installed in a matter of days. Beware of this Company.
