Our issue first when called at the end of *** was having it delivered. ****** said they can't do deliver it since it's paid of. Fast forward to us showing up to the store, she took back her word and said she can deliver it in 2 week. We waiting that long and was fine with that. HOWEVER, she showed us the bedset we had paid for and it was beyond the point of being "used". We understand we were buying a used bedset but from them moving it to store to the warehouse it had the paint coming off, chips and dents. We wanted our money back but they explained that's something that couldn't be done. We've talked to another "manager" at the same story instead of ****** and he explained they could do an exchange. Now they have my number blocked and aren't responding to me anymore after given that option. I would %110 rather have my money back because everything I was told hasn't been fulfilled and would rather this business not have over $1500 of my money. If holding my belongs was going to be an issue, the company should have attempted to reach out, to tell me to get it but there was never an email nor phone call.
