Date of transaction began January 12th. An email of the proposed projects and prices were sent. See attached. We paid for exterior painting (including garage door and front door), interior painting, **** removal, sprinkler system repair, and cabinet painting. My husband I gave 24 hour notice to cancel the cabinet painting. We asked for a refund and were met with resistance. We were first told he had a 500$ cancelation policy. The cancelation policy was not written in the proposal. We explained to **** that he did not have any written cancelation policy therefore we expected to be reimbursed for the project that was not going to be completed. We also told gim that we expected the projects that were already paid for to be finished. The next day Rigos painters were supposed to come to the house and complete the interior painting, exterior painting, garage and front door painting. When we asked **** where they were he stated he would not come over until we resolved the issue and he needed to find more work for his guys. We told him that the **** needed to be refunded or we would file a complaint. He said his painter would be at the house the next day and said he would subtract the **** from future projects. He also said he would not finish the **** removal until the he begins the landscaping project. We told him we would no longer be using him for any future projects so he needed to complete what we paid for and refund us for the project not going to be completed. The painter came on Tuesday the 18th to finish the interior touch **** We received a message from **** asking if we were happier today. I told him we appreciate Marcos ********* coming to finish the interior bit this was expected since we paid for it. I the. Stated that we still expect the reimbursement for the project not going to be completed and expect him to finish the projects paid for/already started. There is still no resolution. Our money has not been refunded and other projects haven't been completed
