OUR STANDARD Reads:
PROPOSAL MAY BE WITHDRAWN BY RD LD and C, LLC IF NOT ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS
Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon the written authorization and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our controls. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance upon above.
COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION SCHEDULE
The work described above shall be started 2-5 days from the signed agreement and shall be completed in 10 days after the start date. If there are no delays depending on delivery and vendor availability. The homeowner will be updated as soon as the Contractor is notified.
CONTRACT SUM: RD LD and C, LLC., for the performance of completed work, subject to the Additions and addendum. The contract sum is: $XXX.00.
PROGRESS PAYMENTS
As described above and shall pay Rigo Duran -RD LD and C, LL installments as detailed above upon acceptance the contract.
1. shall pay RD ND and C, LLC, $XX.00 upon signing of contract.
2. shall pay RD LD and C, LLC $XX.00 balance as work progresses And any additions added.
All payments are subject to a site inspection and approval of work by the customer or authorized personnel.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working hours should be from 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Weekends are optional between parties. RD LD and C, LLC. will clean work debris from the job site daily and leave the site in a clean and neat condition.
LAWS, PERMITS, FEES, AND NOTICES RD LD and C, LLC.
and homeowners shall be responsible for all laws, notices to the city & public, required to perform the work stated herein. Any alterations or deviation from the above specification involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate. The contractor will always have access to equipment and material is kept at the project/job site. If any cancellation of signed contracts or materials orders may be subjective to restocking fees up to 30%. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. The property owner is to carry their own necessary insurance. RD LD and C, LLC. will be covered, if either party commences legal action to enforce its rights said legal action, as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
AT ANY TIME THE OWNER HAS ALL RIGHTS TO FILE CLAIM(S) AGAINST RD LD and C, LLC with https://www.bbb.org/bbb
