    I purchased their one year plan for transferring information into Quickbooks. I went to cancel after a few months and after reading their cancellation policy which is worded vaguely on refunds of prepaid plans. I understand that the time frame to cancel a month to month plan has passed but since I prepaid, after coercion to get a less expensive rate, for a years service and have used roughly 3 months of that service they have denied me any sort of refund. I believe this is fraud. There is as I have mentioned, no wording as to their no refund policy to be found anywhere on their information pages with regard to plans pre paid beyond one month terms. I believe I have be deceived into purchasing an overpriced plan that they had made impossible for me to cancel at will without losing my prepayment. I have paid them over $849 for a 3 months of a service.I would like at least half of that money refunded to me.

    Terrible to work with. Do not get more than a monthly subscription. They will not refund under any circumstance. There is a way to get the info directly from/ within Quickbooks for no cost beyond the subscription.Do not use them

During cancellation, you mentioned that the service worked well for you, but that you were going to use a native app in your accounting software. You signed up for an annual plan, which provides a significant discount for pre-paying for an annual subscription. Our cancellation policy is straightforward (*********************************************). It is very common practice for any subscription service to have limitations on cancellation of annual plans. (This is why a discount is typically offered for annual subscriptions.) We always want to make sure this is clear, and we send out a reminder ********************************************************************* this case, your account was canceled 4 months after renewal, and we had to follow our policy. We appreciated having you as a customer for a year and a half and wish you well.
