Business owner removed a hot tub component and wont return it. Upon buying a used hot tub from this business I discovered the ozonator didnt work due to heavy corrsosion prior to our purchase, despite assurances that all components had been tested and operational.. I requested it be replaced under warranty. While they were on site replacing another failed component I later discovered that they had cut the custom power plug off the failed ozonator for some reason without informing us. After much stalling, misdirection and even accusations that I had intentionally damaged the ozonator for some reason (why would anyone do this?) they delivered another (cheap) unit for us to install at a mutally-agreed upon location, while declining to install it themselves. Upon specific requests before pickup to make sure it had the correct plug with it, they assured us repeatedly it was included. It was not, despite the fact that they went out of their way to remove it from the old unit. So, despite advertising a warranty, they refused to install a replacement for their damaged one and made it impossible for me to install it myself.
