- Returns are available within 15 days from the date Fed EX dropped off your package. We bill most of our customers on a 30 day billing. In the event you paid by credit card, we will refund once we received the products back into stock. We verify every new account that leaves the warehouse. We know its important to have the right product to complete your project on time. If you received any material in error please contact your sales rep within 15 days. Exchange policy due to defects are backed by the manufacturer 100%.
