Refund and Exchange Policy
All claims against The RoomStores of Phoenix, LLC including those related to deposits, warranties, gift certificates, gift cards and store credit must have been filed on or before May 20, 2016 in order to receive a return. According to The United States Bankruptcy Court, complaints filed after this date shall be forever barred, estopped, and enjoined from participating in the Debtor’s bankruptcy case, objecting to and voting on any plan of reorganization, receiving any distribution under any such plan and asserting the claim in any manner against the Debtor or any successor or assignee of the Debtor or its property whenever acquired.
Deposit claims and warranty claims created before the bankruptcy filing will be automatically filed with the Court. Deposit claims and warranty claims cannot be paid in the interim, absent approval of the committee of creditors and consideration of further circumstances in this case. As of this time, The RoomStore projects that claims will be paid as part of the bankruptcy process subject to further analysis- “very likely at the end which is anticipated to be in Q4 of 2016”.
The RoomStore cannot honor any warranty claims until the bankruptcy process is concluded, as a result, the company encourages consumers to contact the manufacturers of their furniture directly. They are no longer receiving or ordering any parts from any manufacturer.
For further details regarding this Bankruptcy Case No.: 2:15-15898-DPC, please contact The United States Bankruptcy Court by phone at (602) 682-4000 or online at www.azb.uscourts.gov.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
