The start of this situation happened about a year and half from today. I was recommended this company from the internet and started contacting a sales rep via email. We went back and forth about the product and what I needed before I could order it. I was told I needed half of what the final price would be, $1,250.00 USD. (total price, $2,500 USD) March 27th, 2021 I was able to order the product via phone call gave him the information on what I wanted and also my personal information for shipping purposes. I was informed it would take roughly 3 month for the product to be completed and shipped to my local F.F.L. late June to early July 2021. Come June, 2021 I stopped receiving email replies and when calling the sales rep were always out of the office. At one point I was told the sister company, ************************* had run out of material and didnt know when theyd be able to finish the product I ordered and paid half for. I was also told hed give them an email on an E.T.A. of when they will complete my order but never received his email or update. I emailed the sales rep around 5 times to no avail. Even emailed a former sales rep turned manager due to a promotion and received no reply from him either. Im not sure whats going on because they refuse to communicate with me and refuse to talk via the phone, so I can only assume the worse. I dont want my money back as to I waited over a year and the money I could have made from investments would be a stupid decision. Besides, I have roughly 2 years of time invested in this project as well as around $6,000 USD invested in other parts that will only fit the product I purchased with this company. As of March 27th, 2022 it has been a year waiting out of a promised 3 month wait. I would like this situation resolved with me getting what I ordered and paid for as well as a discount on what I havent paid for considering they have failed to uphold their end of the contract.
