Returns & Exchanges
At Fitness 4 Home Superstore, Inc. customer satisfactionis our goal so we go to great lengths to ensure you get the equipmentthat’s just right for you.  In the rare case we are unable to meet yourneeds we offer a 30-day policy for returns & exchanges on mostitems.
Our aim is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possibleso with the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 daysfrom date of purchase.  Items must be returned in new and undamagedcondition with all accompanying manuals, parts and options.  Accessoriesmust be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns.  Foritems shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shippingcost of the product.  Unfortunately we cannot refund original shipping/delivery charges or return shipping charges.
Sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable:
Custom and special order items, pre-owned equipment, closeouts anddiscontinued items, floor models, free weights, dumbbells and weightplates.  Equipment kept outdoors or in a non-climate controlledenvironment will also be considered a final sale and are non-refundable.
Accessories must be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund.
Items held on deposit must be paid in full within 30-days of originalinvoice and equipment must be picked up or delivered within 60-daysfrom original invoice.  Sale is considered final after 60-days and alldeposits are forfeit.
If you would like to exchange an item, we will credit or bill you thedifference upon verifying your return item is in our possession anddetermined to be undamaged and new condition and then deliver the newitem.
Refund Process
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original methodof payment.  Customers who paid by cash or check will be refunded by acompany check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days.
Warranty
All products Fitness 4 Home Superstore, Inc. sells are new unlessotherwise specified.  Each new item purchased may come with amanufacturer’s warranty.  Equipment improperly assembled, or notassembled by an authorized dealer and equipment kept outdoors or in anon-climate controlled environment may void the manufactures warranty.
