For refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original boxes. The customer shall incur all shipping costs associated with the return of each product.
RETURN & REPLACE: The customer may request a replacement product within 21 days of their original purchase. A replacement will be sent once the product is inspected by Horizon Energy Sytems, LLC and is found to be defective or inoperable.
